My last visit (3-8-2024)was the worst. The most discourteous person I have ever met at any franchise since being in the US. Abrupt and lacking in quality customer service skills. Also, why don't they use gloves rather than using sanitizer, then use her bare hands to make the pizza. She only washed her hands AFTER she made the pizza.These are the reasons I cook at home

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered o line, just for it to be canceled, with no phone call. Good thing I was using the track my order feature. Order canceled due to no delivery drivers- which is frequent with this location. When I called and spoke to rep that answered, she was very rude. Wouldn't replace my order, and kept talking over me with a nasty attitude. I will never order from this establishment again. Pizza hut gets my business now. And I see the driver all over my neighbors tonight.

I had a very poor experience and will not patronize the Kingstree location again. I processed an order with this location that resulted in one of the items being unsatisfactory. I was told a partial credit could not be granted and all items would need to be returned or the item could be remade. Ultimately, I chose the full refund. I was told by Casey (manager) that the refund was processed. I requested a receipt showing the refund was processed and was told that she could not give a receipt and that they are not allowed to generate a receipt because of fraud. The idea of being able to generate a receipt for items purchased, but to not furnish a receipt for items returned is a terrible practice!! The manager has a nasty attitude, is unprofessional, and does not have the customer service skills to maintain a thriving business. Perhaps you should consider proper training for Casey and update your policies so she can assist customers appropriately in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I can’t so I gave one I called over the phone and she gave me a smart attitude and then she said that I had called her three times and that my number was in her phone but she lied and she wasn’t smart with me . Thank you.

I called on the phone and the person was very disrespectful and hung up on me. She said “that we had called three times when we had only called. This was the first time she was very rude.

Cockroach on my pizza under the crust. So rude and ghetto here. Corprate definantly helped explaining the managment was "all we could find" when it came to finding qaulity employees.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza, and 2 liter for pickup. I ordered in advance 3 hours. My husband brings home the pizza, and there is no pepperoni. He calls management which says ok. Gave us a free pizza next visit.I call 2 days later and the manager was so unprofessional, and so rude, and nasty. I simply asked to substitute the sausage on the pizza with Bacon, because my husband thought it was gross.She was not willing to comply or even offer to charge for the bacon. She even refused to leave off the sausage. She did offer to not make a pizza at all. A manager shouldn't talk down to customers like they are 2 years old. Teach your managers empathy.Like there mad at us for there mistakes 2 days ago. It's very upsetting, because my husband and I rarely eat pizza, or out period. The way I was treated as a customer was so sad. Guess Dorgiono from now on
