Slabs is a hidden gem with top-notch brisket that rivals championship quality. The ribs were some of the best ever tried, and the pulled pork and sausage were still enjoyable. Sides like potato salad and banana pudding were excellent, although the slaw needed improvement. The Bo platter was a great value and fed two people for days. The friendly service added to the overall top-notch experience. A must-stop for anyone in the area, offering meats done right and a variety of excellent sides.
