We eat at dominos often and this will be our last time. Staff was friendly but the food is garbage. It’s inedible. Pineapple tastes grossly expired and fermented and pepperoni tasted very “off”. Not sure what’s going on with the food we’re being sold in USA this past year or so but the bad quality is shining through and I’m not here for it anymore. Get it together dominos, you can’t increase prices and decrease food quality and expect people to support you

Dry—-not even “warm.” Ordered light sauce, mushrooms, feta, and pepperoni. There was NO sauce even visible; pepperoni was so dried-out, these were crispy & the size of pennies; minimal cheese; no feta visible and undetected in taste; crust was as stated above!Place REALLY needs to be shut down! No one seems to give a €^c£ about what he/she puts out for the customers. Pathetic overall!

The last two times I ordered pizza it arrived after an hour and a half and cold. Tonight the delivery guy just tossed it on the bench outside my door and never even rang the doorbell. The only way I even knew it was there was with the Dominoes tracker!! Fed up!!!!
Tonight I placed my order, my price was $28.00 I called the store and said cancel the delivery, I’ll pick it up… because I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for the delivery. Went to the store in 5 minutesThe delivery driver had already left… I received a text saying that Shannon was at my door! When I walked in and told them my name, they looked confused.We don’t have an order for you!“Black” guy acting very flamboyant and angry saying you didn’t call here, you called a call center! I know I spoke directly to him!!! So we exchanged wordsAnd I asked for my pizza he said NoAnd get out, involved a customer into our conversation! I called him some bad choice words and in return he saidYo mama! Wow… I was livid at this point.But I left… if this is what we have to deal with because of a misunderstanding, I’m afraid to order anything and have it delivered! Then he prances around the store yelling obscenities and laughing with his colleagues… this was an absolute joke! This establishment will never get another dime of mine…Horrible customer service!

From the mother of a very disappointed 12 yo Lexington citizen! This isn't the first complaint passed around Facebook regarding your employee of the year, Paris. These posts get hundreds of views and comments. Perhaps it's time to correct the issue before it hits you in the pocketbook!My daughter is having her 12th birthday party this Sunday and wants her favorite pizza from Domino's. We live right around the corner from the Domino's in Lexington behind Rush's. We go for pizza and pasta at least every week. We need 8 pizzas for Sunday at 12:30. I understand they open at 10:30 am on Sunday, so I thought I would go by today and pre-warn and order the 8 pizzas that I will pick up on Sunday about 11:30 am. I came in the store and was greeted with a very rude gentleman wanting to know if I was there to order. I explained that I needed 8 cheese and pepperoni pizzas on Sunday and wanted to order so they wouldn't be surprised on Sunday mid morning. This man proceeded to tell me that I could not do that. I tried to explain that I was just wanting to plan and make things easier for all of us. He began to yell at me that I could not do that. Actually, I have pre-ordered before for other events and just wanted to let them know. He explained, while screaming at me, he has been there for 9 years and that there was no way I had done that previously. He yelled over me and my explanations and told me not to come back again. I did call him a "jerk” at this point and left. I went to my car and I was in shock by his anger and complete disgust with me. I decided to go back in to get his name. He locked the front door in my face. I did contact another Domino's and tell them my story. Patrick, at the Lake Murray store, was very kind and horrified. I was told this horrible man was the new General Manager for the Lexington Domino's. His name is Paris. Please, please do me a favor and do not frequent this Domino's. If you do go, ask for Paris and try to pre order pizzas!!! You will be amazed by his lack of compassion, his total ignorance and his inability to be kind! This has really bothered me all day. I needed to tell you guys!!! Thanks for letting me vent!!!!

Ordered a pizza and was quoted that it would arrive by 5:48 PM. I called at 6:10 PM and they said their next driver was 11 minutes away from coming back to their store. Then got put on hold. I called back and they did not offer any discounts. Very poor service. They would’ve missed quoted time by about an hour. I would not have ordered from them had I known they were this disorganized. My child would’ve gone to sleep by the time the pizza got here.
