Absolutely the best ramen place in the Columbia/Lexington area! When im craving some really good ramen I will drive over 45 minutes to get here over going to one of the shops closer to my house. The service is excellent and the ramen is just unmatched in quality and flavor! They also have Boba with popping bobas which my kids absolutely love! Great appetizer and sushi menu as well. Highly recommend, but be careful. Once you try it you won't want to go anywhere else!!!
We had a great experience at Hokkaido! The service was very pleasant and everything that we tried with our friends was very delicious.My wife and I both went for the Spicy Beef Ramen bowls, they come with a very portion of braised beef brisket. Note, that you can fully customize a bowl with any ingredients that you want.The sushi, crab rangoons, and gyoza were also loved by everyone. The atmoshpere was pleasant inside. We did go on a Tuesday about 6:30, so it wasn't super busy when we arrived. However, an hour later most tables were filled as we were leaving.Our waiter, Dequan, was super friendly and informative.
