“Keto vacation treat. I always miss Krispy kreme so I visited. Service was fast and friendly. The hot donut sign was lit, however my glazed donuts were lukewarm and had to reheat when I got home in the microwave. The custard filled was almost stale in consistency. Not the best experience, but still fulfilled my desire.“
“First time I ever had dunkin donuts and they were pretty good! I picked a variety for me and my husband and we both really enjoyed it! I then order a sugar cookie ice coffee and it was delicious! I also like to order ahead and earn rewards! Everything has been great so far, I will definitely be back to order more!“
“Makayla and Conner are the best people to represent DD. But come to find out Conner was let go. I’m flabbergasted as to why a mgr would let go of a star employee that the customers loved and he actually brought in new customers and that DD needs all it can get! “I truly don’t understand why the restaurant across the way is so backed up when Dunkin has some of the best breakfast options around. Hot made to order sandwiches and hot piping coffee with minimal line. One little thing I could suggest is for the cashier not to ask me is that everything after every item I order before I even get a chance to say the next item. But that’s a small complaint concerning. :) I will be back!“
“I've stopped by this location after work several times in the past couple months, and my experience has been a positive one each time. The young ladies working the window were polite and personable. They had my mobile order ready as soon as I got there, and my iced latte has been consistently good each time.“

“Not sure why this Dunkin's rating is so low.. everytime I go, I have the best experience. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The wait is never to bad, even on busy mornings. I get my usual, iced chai latte with oat milk & cold foam brew. Their app, is super easy to earn points on so I usually get a side of hash browns, which are always delish! They could give you a little more though. I usually go through the drive through and it's clean with no trash around. I always look forward to getting a quick bite from this location!“
“for people who leave petty and negative reviews and don’t work in the service industry, need to go on about their daily lives and leave hard working people alone. especially if you continuously go to that same location everyday?plain stupid honestly. to answer any future questions: can we refund a mobile order in store? NO. if we have 3 people working waiting on a fourth and a line out to the road, are we gonna open up the lobby just because you just want some donuts or a cup of coffee? NO. are they gonna let you pick out two dozens of donuts at the speaker with oncoming cars behind you and when they tell you no you curse at them and then come in expecting someone to take your order after being disrespected? NOOOOOO!!!!!!! and for people saying they didn’t get enough in their lattes, it’s a preset measurement. you ask for less ice and your cup is not filled to the brim that your fault. cause it’s gonna be the same amount of liquid even if it was normal ice lol. and if you don’t like the coffee there and it’s an inconvenience when it’s so called “wrong”, invest in a keurig. thank you for reading.“
“Don’t know why I never thought to do it but this location deserves a great review from me. I’m a regular customer and I come here on my way to work even though it’s out of my way to do so. I work closer to Lexington high school but the location closest to it is nowhere near as consistent. This location is right near my house so I go sometimes on my days off too. The employees here are really nice and I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order. Great service (:“
