The manager Nicole went above and beyond to try to fix a mishap that was at no fault of their own ! I had ordered through the app and they had a problem with their espresso machine . I had gone to the app to try to fix it and the manager personally reached out to me and fixed the problem and then some . Very kind staff , very great customer service . And this is the only Dunkin around that makes my coffee correctly . 10/10.

Rude staff. The donuts were old and the coffee was made wrong. When this location first opened it was nice. Not sure what has happened but I hope they get it together.

Don’t know why I never thought to do it but this location deserves a great review from me. I’m a regular customer and I come here on my way to work even though it’s out of my way to do so. I work closer to Lexington high school but the location closest to it is nowhere near as consistent. This location is right near my house so I go sometimes on my days off too. The employees here are really nice and I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order. Great service (:

Wonderful and caring employees. Have elderly relatives at hospital and I have had to stop here several times for q quick breakfast and dinners. Always good food and incredibly fast service. Helps makes a stressful situation a little easier on me. Thanks.

If I could put zero stars I definitely would I waited in side in line for 10min patiently with three people in front of me and four waiting behind me when the people in front of me were served and it was my turn I was told they are no longer doing orders inside only drive through and online orders now the folks in front of me had not placed an online order and were served with no problem. I personally will never do business here again.

Wanderlust Tiny House Chick

This is my favorite DD. Cass and all the employees appreciate their customers. Whenever I walk in, Cass knows exactly what I want and says "The usual?" I love it. It's like Cheers! :D And they always thank me for my business. I will go out of my way to go to this location. And they make the best ICED CAPPUCCINOS!!! Do yourself a favor and go to this location. I can see management in Cass's future!

Just leaving Dunkin’ Donuts now. I spent over $30, I asked for an empty cup to split my kids orange juice and they had the nerve to charge me for it. Oh! and the kicker is- I purchase two bags of the bacon one bag had five pieces in it, the other had 6 HALF pieces, they’re suppose to have at least 8 full pieces each. When in questioned it they looked at me like I was crazy. Sorry but you just shorted me 50% of an item I paid for!Dunkin has always been the family middle class place to get coffee. Now it’s over charged and you’re just a number. In that case I’ll be sadly taking my business to Starbucks.

Everything tasted good, but always check your order at any Dunkin because they get my order wrong 100% of the time. Also I’m a little traumatized because I found a little worm at the bottom of my coffee cup...after I drank the whole thing ??***update: decided to give Dunkin another shot. It was a mistake. Sorriest excuse of a breakfast sandwich ever. Soggy bread and 1 1/2 pieces of bacon for $6? No thank you ma'am. Burger King quality at coffee shop prices.

The store lobby was for mobile orders only. If you walked in they turned you away instead of taking an order at the counter. 3 groups of customers were turned away, all in the same time it would have taken to actually enter the order at the counter. And getting the information that the lobby is mobile only yelled across the store is unacceptable. I will not be spending money at this location.

went to this location on Sunday morning about 9:00 am manager was putting a note on door that drive thru and order pick up was the only option as she had to close the inside due to only 3 people working. This location has now had their inside dining/ordering closed for 3 years. when did it become a thing to close your business due to 1 staff member not showing to work. went down the street to Krispy Kreme and guess what their were 3 people working, 1 at drive thru 1 on the counting and 1 glazing donuts.some of us actually like to walk in and place our order as opposed to going thru the drive thru.....
