Listen, if you have the time to wait the food is good, the service is good and the price for food and entertainment is worth it. It's a fun family night out.That said, the wait is long. Like, literal evolution from monkey to man is a shorter process and they have no waiting area for you to sit. We went on a very busy Thursday night, and sat at the bar to avoid the wait for a table. Lily was the bartender, but also played host, server, and to-go order taker as they were short-staffed. She did an amazing job, was pleasant with everyone, and was attentive to our needs.We had the tuna tataki appetizer, spicy salmon rolls, and sweet potato tempura roll, all with soy paper. It's our first time trying out this restaurant, it was great! We sat on the hibatchi table, and our cook was very good and put a good show too. Our server was awesome he always checks our table for drinks. We will definitely come back and try their sushi.
