The atmoshpere was pleasant inside. We did go on a Tuesday about 6:30, so it wasn't super busy when we arrived. However, an hour later most tables were filled as we were leaving. Our waiter, Dequan, was super friendly and informative. He was great at offering suggestions and clarifications regarding the menu. For drinks, my daughter had the Brown sugar Boba milk tea, which she Saud was really good. I ordered the Moonstone coconut lemongrass sake, which I also enjoyed!.We ordered the Kani Salad, which was tasty with the fresh avocado slices. My daughter ordered the sesame balls which had a good red bean paste but the rest of the ball was not very flavorful. We each ordered a bowl of Ramen, spicy beef for me and tonkotsu shoyu for her. Both were fresh and tasty. There was plenty of leftovers to take home with us.We will eat here again. Thank you, Dequan, for a pleasant first experience at Hokkaido Ramen House! ?

Absolutely the best ramen place in the Columbia/Lexington area! When im craving some really good ramen I will drive over 45 minutes to get here over going to one of the shops closer to my house. The service is excellent and the ramen is just unmatched in quality and flavor! They also have Boba with popping bobas which my kids absolutely love! Great appetizer and sushi menu as well. Highly recommend, but be careful. Once you try it you won't want to go anywhere else!!!
Incredibly delicious ramen, prices can gets a little expensive but it is worth it

Our server was great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. My wife ordered a sushi roll and liked it. I ordered the ramen. It was bland, with no real flavor. As far as the ramen goes, Menkoi blows this place out of the water.

We had a great experience at Hokkaido! The service was very pleasant and everything that we tried with our friends was very delicious. My wife and I both went for the Spicy Beef Ramen bowls, they come with a very portion of braised beef brisket. Note, that you can fully customize a bowl with any ingredients that you want. The sushi, crab rangoons, and gyoza were also loved by everyone. (Plus kudos to them for them having Sapporo available here).Give them a try, you won't regret the flavors!

Some of the BEST ramen dishes I've ever had are created inside these four walls. If you like spicy, they even slap a little chili sauce on the side of the bowl so you can DIY your way into spicy, heavenly bliss. Any time I have a chance to be in Lexington, I try my best to stop through here to grab a hot bowl of ramen. So comforting and packed full of the best ramen toppings. Bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, bok choy, that soft-boiled egg... Unfortunately, my town does not have a ramen spot like this, BUT that makes getting to come here that much more special!
Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was just as I expected. Kaitlyn was my server and I tipped $10. Then asked me for more of a tip after only coming to the table for drink and food order. Lucky she got $10
I'll take the start of this review to say; this only reflects today's experience. Usually, service here is on point, and amazing. Today however, I'd arrived to a packed house. It took a moment to be seated and that's understandable. We then waited an hour plus for our food, and in that time multiple other people were seated, served, and left. This is ludicrous, and I truly hope this doesn't happen again, as usually a visit here is wonderful.

We are from the Ramen capital of the US, Los Angeles lol, so needless to say we were not expecting to find a Ramen place that is as good as our old favorite joint, but this is it! Everything we ordered was 10/10. However, what really made us customers for life, was the service! Jeremey made our family + friends night out a great experience. He remembered my name from a call i made in the afternoon. There was a table for 9 ready for us when we walked in the door. He also recommended the beef shank bone that was delicious and split our bill effortlessly. I can't wait to go back!Parking: nice big lot with lots of available spaces
