ordered a meal with queso fries in the app, they told me they didn’t have queso fries and i asked for chilli cheese fries, the cook loudly said “i ain’t doing all that i already made cheese fries im not giving them chilli cheese fries. Tell them we’re out” i said that’s fine whatever. didn’t even get my drink but didn’t want to be there any longer. -10000/10 stars. all the wendy’s around here are horrible in customer service.

They have a roach infestation…. Workers get mad they have to do there job, it wasn’t even busy either and I see why but manager lazy as hell she also ain’t wanna do her job and they literally don’t clean anything or acknowledge and greet customers

2/6/24: I went through the drive thru for lunch around 12:30. The order taker spoke clearly and repeated my order. I paid, was handed my drink and frosty then asked to pull forward. The food came within a couple minutes. The fries were hot and the sandwich was freshly made. But it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. I was starving so I tried to eat it but it was gross. I wasn't able to go back to request the correct one. No big deal but it bummed me out.

When I went in today their menu said they stopped doing Biggie Bags, so I walked out. Later I found out online that was a mistake, but I had very little time to grab lunch and this wasted my time. Never coming back here

And the staff person came on and said “ give me a minute“ and she said it was such nastiness, she should definitely not be in the service industry.
