“They close at 9pm, but we arrived after driving back from the last football game in Honea Path. Arrived at Liberty bell at 8:45, they were great! We were not rushed at all and we all had great food! We did hold up the closing for a little bit, but again so so nice! Thank you Liberty Bell for finishing up our Middle school football season!“

“Sorry for lack of photo, I would have sworn I took one. I ordered the same as I order from Mikes... onions, sweets and hots, no wiz.First, sizes are 7", 12", and 18". I went with the footlong, fries and a water and it was $21 with tip. The food came out quickly. The fries, tots, and subs all arrived piping hot and fresh.Likely more meat than you get at Mike's. But way less cheese, so the ratio was way off and the sub needed extra cheese. The hots were more than I get at Mike's, and were better. Others I went with said the rolls were better, but I didn't taste a difference. Definitely better than Empire Deli (old owners) but not quite as good as Mike's Cheesesteaks inside of Harry's Hoagies.Oh, and I wanted to try the meatballs, so I asked if I could buy one as a sample. They were indeed homemade and were excellent. If you are out this way I can see how with extra cheese this may be the best Philly in the area, but for me, Mike holds the crown still. But truthfully a solid second that you won't find much wrong with!Parking: In front of Inky's there are 5 spots!“

“Overall decent experience. I'm sure the disc golf course down the road and the college are big reasons for this establishment's success. We ate outside while it was around 50 degrees.I ordered the veggie nachos, and it was simply grilled onions and peppers with cheese, and the amount of those veggies did not equate to the high price of the base dish. The overall flavor was drowned in the white quest used on the chips. I asked for the hot sauces and was given red and green salsa. The red was mild but flavorful, and the green was the hot one. It had a nice flavor. Both added depth to the otherwise bland vegetables and chips.Lengua was added to the plate, which was an extra $5. There was a decent amount, but the lengua only had a slightly seasoned flavor. Surprisingly, it was fairly dry. I was expecting something a little more juicy and marinated.Would go again.“

I had the California Toasted Almond Salad that included spring lettuce mix, avocado, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, red pepper, red onions, balsamic dressing, and of course toasted almonds. This is a big salad! I included a side of black beans for some added protein and some sourdough toast with blackberry preserves ?.My server, Lexi, was very friendly and efficient. This Cafe is my goto spot for an excellent Breakfast or a nutritious Lunch. Lots of unique breakfast items are available.“
“This place is always busy, but their service is outstanding. I order chicken salad to go and I made sandwiches for my daughters birthday party. My mom (who never asks for anything) took some leftover sandwiches home for dinner. My husband and daughter love it. The food came out hot and fresh and the wait time was minimal I ordered the meat 3 from the lunch menu, I got the country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes with white gravy, Mac and cheese, and green beans the Mac and cheese was good but really wish they'd use rotini noodles and not elbows that's my only gripe. I would recommend this place to anyone and the people were also very very nice thanks for welcoming a local first timer“

“Food was fantastic! It is rare that I order a steak and not use A-1 or some type of steak sauce but no need here. The steak was tender and the flavor was great. The only thing better than the food was the service. Sammi was awesome! They were busy, but with her level of attentiveness and great personality you would have never known. I feel like most hot dog shops these days over charge for their food but Heidi's was not only good quality but it was a good price as well. I got a fire dog and sizzle dog and the wife got a sizzle dog and kraut dog. All of them were very delicious. Will be back again!“

The lunch special was good sized for the value. The only complaint was the batter was very salty. It took away from the taste of the food. My wife said the same about her food as well. “My wife and I went for breakfast here while staying near Pickens. The waitresses were really nice to us and our little girl and the breakfast was really good. We ended coming back every morning of our stay and consistently good food and great service. The servers and locals all had to say bye to our little girl on the last morning. Definitely recommend for breakfast in Pickens.“

And second let me remind or maybe educate others on differences in taste, style, etc....just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's bad or wrong or ugly or distasteful to the rest of the world. Please be aware enough to realize that what you find unappealing to you, someone else might find quite appealing. A better way to write a review is to say "the mac and cheese was cheesier than I like". It's a sad world we live in when we have a new restaurant that could have opened in any other city but they chose Easley and some find it okay to be so mean. Some must have very sad lives.
