“As a certified dog trainer in the low country area I was struggling with a reactivity issue that Sean was able to assist me through. He was kind, patient, understanding, instructive and informative and I appreciate his knowledge and skills.“
“I love eating in the South and I love southern food, but sometimes it is nice to have a change and this northen-style pizza place just has an awesome retro feel. Pizzas we had were great, kids loved them, and they are great value. Nice to eat in a homestyle pizza restaurant like I did as a kid in the 80s rather than the large chains. Unfortunately they had just run out of tiramisu (a family favourtie dessert) so I can't tell you what theirs is like. I guess that makes something to go back for when we are next stateside this summer.Kid-friendliness: The meat and cheese pizzas were great as simple ones that the kids liked without huge spiciness or herbsWheelchair accessibility: It's a level entry“
“My three friends and I wanted to try somewhere we have not experienced. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We tried a wide variety of selections. I enjoyed each preparation for different reasons. The cake for dessert was exceptional. If you want a unique dining experience try Sum Bar you will be glad you did.“
“My husband and I frequent Coral for pretty much every special occasion! The food is always delicious. Today I tried their special of soft shell crab and it did not disappoint! The saltiness of the fried crab and the bright notes of the arugula citrus salad complimented each other so well. I’ve had the halibut several times and the combination of all the flavors really hits the spot. The scallops are so good my husband gets it almost every time.Every dessert we’ve had has been delicious. The chocolate mouse is one of our favorites. The textures play together beautifully. It’s also such a nice touch they give you a few chocolates for special occasions.Their food chefs and pastry chefs are out of this world. Excellent job to all of them!As far as service goes, they outshine any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s clear there’s a lot of training that goes in to the way everything runs so smoothly. Every waiter/ess we’ve had has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I also think it’s very impressive that the managers/owners maybe? are always willing to help with tasks like clearing dishes and taking drink orders. The teamwork of the staff is impecable, and our food has also always come out very quickly. The ambiance is very nice. The lighting is at a good level where you can see each other but it’s also dimmed to where it feels like a nicer restaurant. It is on the louder side in the dining room but not to the point where you can’t have a conversation. I also really like the decor! If I had one small constructive criticism it would be that I would love to see some rotating specials as far as drinks go. While their cocktail options are good, to my knowledge the menu hasn’t really changed. Some seasonal drinks would be fun!All in all, favorite restaurant in Greenville! We recommend it to all our family and friends whenever we get the chance!“
“We spent another lovely late afternoon enjoying the sights, smell and sound of the Reedy River at Spirit & Bower. Our server, Josh M was fantastic and accommodated our special requests without hesitation. The charcuterie was small but delicious and our cocktails (margarita and mule) were top notch. We highly recommend spending a sunny afternoon over a cocktail here … and if you get the opportunity to be served by Josh you’ll enjoy it even more!“
“My favorite tap room in Greenville BY FAR! The atmosphere is cute and modern and the staff are always friendly. They have a ton of events throughout the month including a True Crime Club, meditative sound journeys, and a book club.I definitely recommend this if you are just visiting and staying in a hotel nearby or are a local looking for a new spot to hang by the river. The owners are always around to offer recommendations and chat at the bar.“
“Kitchen Sync truly delivered a dining experience that surprised and inspired me.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the inviting atmosphere; the host was the opposite, though.Despite the limited menu, every dish was carefully crafted and complemented by phenomenal drinks. The Food: I enjoyed the Local Toast. It had the right texture balance. Also had the Sticky Chicken, and it was delicious. For entree, I ordered the Gnudi with Sunday Sauce. Truly delicious and I was able to felt "love" at every bite. My spouse had the Local Rib Pork Chop. It was tender, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. These dishes were elevated and creative, and each bite bursted with freshness and deliciousness. But in my opinion, the Roasted Vegetable Mac and Cheese was phenomenal.Service: The attentive table service ensured I had everything I needed throughout my meal.Admittedly, the lack of an inviting host and the restaurant's unassuming exterior may leave some guests unsure of what to expect, but once inside, the experience is nothing short of enjoyable.Overall, my visit to Kitchen Sync delivered a memorable culinary experience at reasonable prices. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful dining adventure.“
“Best burger in The Greater Greenville areaSo I moved to Greenville about 8 years ago, and was immediately impressed by the lack of a good burger - anywhere. And so I've been trying to find a decent cheeseburger since moving here. Like really, all the places that advertise a "famous burger" of some sort of another: great work Janice, you put more toppings than anyone wants on some unseasoned bargain bin ground beef.Nah, this place I've never heard of before tonight serves me a real simple looking burger, but it turns out to be the best tasting burger I've bought since moving here, and probably one of the top three I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned patties, some kind of great burger sauce. I'd recommend this place to anyone.EDIT 12/16/23: Finally made it back here. Still the best burger in Greenville.“
“This is a cool little bar to try craft beer. It's never crowded. The have dart boards and Tvs. They have events like Bingo and Trivia. The Taproom does have outside seating. Food is quick and whipped up by the bartender (usually). PThe price of the food reflects that though. They aren't charging for gourmet. It's clean. Overall a good stop in Fountain Inn if you want a beer.“
“My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner this past weekend for the first time at Halls celebrating our 21st Anniversary. From the moment we checked in until we stepped foot out, was a great experience. Our waiter, Bennett and assistants) were amazing. The steak was the best meal I’m pretty sure we have eaten and we have experienced a lot. We enjoyed a wonderful Caesar Salad to start things off followed by our main dish which I ordered the 6oz filet & corn skillet. My husband ordered the bone-in filet with mashed potatoes. Just to note: the side salad is enough to share. My favorite out of both of our meals were my husband’s bone-in filet and my corn skillet. Absolutely amazing. If able, order that combo! For cocktails, they recommend the 434 and my husband ordered the Long Island Iced Tea which convinced was the best one yet. I’m in agreement for how wonderful their cocktails are. They were kind to gift us a slice of their amazing chocolate cake. We nibbled on it for 2 days.We had such a great first experience and can’t wait to visit again soon!“
“So glad we found this gem when we moved here. We’ve met some amazing people at the Clocktower! Welcoming casual atmosphere, excellent food, great selection of drinks and beers on tap, but the stand out is the service. Dawn is THE BEST. Weekly events including trivia and CORNHOLE!! So much fun. Thanks for being awesome.“
“This place is cool. I love a good cigar and was happy to find this place open late on a Saturday night. The guy who runs the place is awesome. This is not a King Corona of Davidoff type of store. This is a small boutique cigar lounge that hits on all cylinders. They have a great selection of boutique cigars and great drinks. They have a friendly environment that is welcoming and "comfortable". I have enjoyed quite a few sticks in my day, but they had something I had not tried. I asked the owner for a mild, full flavor cigar and he suggested an El Septimo - Raphael. I have to admit, he hit it out of the park with the recommendation. For the experienced smoker, this is a gem. for those new to the joy of cigars, I can not think of a better place to learn. If you have ever even thought about a cigar, go here to find out all about them. I will be back every time I am in Greenville.“
“My first dining experience at Spaghetti Westurn and I already have a new favorite restaurant. Such a great meal and dining experience. This is honestly some of the best pasta I have had in a very long time. The flavor profile and creativity from the two dishes my wife and I got were amazing. Service was excellent, bar drinks were fantastic and best of all I left with a full stomach and leftovers which usually never happens.“
“We were so excited to try The Whale A Craft Beer Collective. Loved the space and vibe. They had an amazing selection of beers- on tap and by the can/bottle. The menu was at least 8 pages. The highlight was our beertender Matt! He gave us some incredible suggestions including the Brasserie Cantillon Classic Gueuze- amazing!!! We had so many other fantastic things too!!! He let us try a bunch too!! Will definitely go back!!“
“WHAT A FUN, UNIQUE PLACE!! We enjoyed our visit to this hidden speakeasy so much that we’ve decided to make it a regular stop before dinner any time we’re in Greenville. Three of us ordered Dealer’s Choice-you choose two adjectives to describe your drink and give the bartender freedom to be creative. We were amazed at what actually came out- & it’s different every time!! So fun!!! We also loved that it was a little hard to find & seemed closed until we opened the door. And the ambiance was perfect! They were not playing music so loudly that we couldn’t talk to each other.“
“Wow.what a cool place!! We saw s SOAD tribute band here & it was awesome! There is something about seeing a good band at a small venue! Im looking forward to nonpoint in May! I did hear they were moving locations which im a lil sad about since this was my 1st radio room experience. Hopefully their new location will be just as rock worthy!“
“Overall, I really do like this place. It's a chill place to sit and have a casual drink and conversation. Never been overly loud or rowdy. Parking is not the best but now that sidewall is gone, it's easier to park in the front lot. Service is really hit or miss. I've been when it's a super attentive and friendly bartender but also when it's... not. Full bar, good selection of craft beers, and a decent menu (but I've not eaten there yet). Several tvs. They do have outside seating but I'm pretty sure you can only have beer and wine out there.“
“Simply said: outstanding EVERYTHING. 3 totally different types of guests around, all of us enjoying the EVERYTHING. There was the group of 3 couples having a blast. Behind us 3 German business men totally in their zone apparently discussing business. And us in a romantic birthday celebration. BRAVO PATTERSON KITCHEN.“
“It was a cool place to check out. $5 one time entry or $50 for the year. It was clean. Beer selection was decent. There were a lot of dogs! 1 TV outside 2 tvs inside. No small dogs were there. Only my little Jack Russell Terrier. He's a tuff guy. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because I wouldn't bring a small dog. They may get ganged up on at the gate or in the play area.“
“Now I did go for a early Dinner around 5 pm and the place wasn't that busy. The waitress was beyond great. Attentive and on point. Came by as soon as we sat down, introduced herself and took our drink order. She asked if we had questions on any item and answered politely. If we placed a plate or glass off to the side she would Swoop in and take it. She checked on us several times. The restaurant is clean and neat and has a woodsy feel to it. It's not a cheap dinner but worth it.“
“My spouse and I decided to give Reubens a try for the first time last night. We each ordered a Pastrami Sandwich with wings (buffalo and garlic parm). Waitstaff was super friendly and attentive. Food was EXCELLENT! We will most definitely be returning. ?“
“An excellent place for friends or for quieter moments. The bartenders are friendly and welcoming. I also really love the food trucks that come through several times a week. They have a good beer selection that's constantly rotating so there's something fresh every few weeks. The trivia during the week is also a hoot!“
“This is a small, but great lounge. Spent just over an hour there waiting for a delayed flight. Destiny was very helpful and let me taste a couple of their cold micro-beers that they have on tap. The food was well displayed and everything was clean. Would definitely go back!“
“I really liked this site. The food was delicious, and the service was very special. The only thing I didn't like was waiting a long time for my plate, all my classmates were already eating and very soon they brought me my plate, I was left eating alone, I didn't like that. Everything else is “
“We have been regular customers for a rather long time because the food is always good and service is prompt, friendly, and considerate. It's usually a date night for us as the Tortilla Soup is my wife's favorite. Also the chips and salsa are plenty and delicious.Parking: Easy and clean“
“I can not suggest the Kava as I do not have a taste for it, but I definitely suggest the coffee, it was very good and worth every penny. The patrons are quiet, and the atmosphere is very sedate. All in all, I do suggest it for anyone who enjoys a good espresso.“
“I was visiting from Wilmington NC and went to this place with friends for trivia night. I had so much fun. The food and drinks were great. The staff were very friendly, especially Tanya. Tanya was fantastic. I plan to make this part of my itinerary every time I come to Greenville. Great place!!!!!“
“Nice burger and fry joint with a pretty cool atmosphere. Burgers are on the smaller size but taste was good. Fries were good and the house sauce was a decent replacement for not having ranch. Why I can’t give this place a 5 is because the Mac n cheese was overcooked and bland. Looked more like spaetzle. Staff was super friendly and gave helpful insight for 1st time visitors.“
“A long time personal favorite. The Community Tap boasts an amazing selection of craft beer, both on draft for on-site consumption and plenty of cans or bottles for take-home options. They also have a nicely curated wine selection in addition to some ciders or seltzers if that’s your jam. No kitchen, but they offer some small snacks or cheeses to accompany your drink - and they regularly have food trucks almost every evening.Even with their awesome beverage choices, the crown jewel of The Community Tap is the staff. Always friendly. Capable of educating you without being remotely condescending. Exceptionally knowledgeable of their offerings. Zach, Neil, and Kelsey have never steered me wrong, and I wish I had the time and space to name every one of their staff.Truly a pillar of Greenville’s craft beer scene.“
“Great selection of wine, live music was amazing. Really enjoyed our time here. We accidentally walked out with one of their wine glasses and were hopefully able to make it right. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and we had the best time at this local “
“Ok so we were skeptical at first but we just wanted a couple of drinks while we were out and they were still open and close to our homes and had great reviews. Well it was worth it! We had an amazing time as late as we arrived. 1st off the atmosphere was mixed, shout out to out new friends. Our bar tender was PERFECT.?? Nice to meet you Cindy. ? see you next time. Thank you for your 18yrs of service. Shout out to the DJ Charlie who was outstanding. Excellent music vibes. Catch you next time on the karaoke ? ? ?. For a 1st experience already felt like family. Thank you baby sis for taking me out. Will be back on a Friday night.. you sound come too. Great drink prices. ?“
“Buffalo Bills bar, so don't go on a football Sunday if you don't like a bar full of NY people ?Trivia night was really fun here, for sure going back. Food was great. Didn't try the wings but will when I go back because I hear they are really good.Parking: It's in a strip mall so usually there is plenty of parking you just have to walk further. On trivia night there were no spots available close to the restaurant“
“What a hidden gem. One of my work colleagues heard I was coming to Greenville and recommended this place. We had a bit of trouble finding it and honestly thought it was closed when we walked up. We ordered the bacon popcorn and the trio of dips. I thought the portions were very generous and they gave us plenty of pita for our dips and refilled it without charging us for the additional pita. We ordered our first drinks off of the menu but then asked the young lady for a recommendation and she hit it out of the park. Best recommendation ever. My new favorite drink New York Cherry Sour. The music is spot on and I love the dim lights and entire vibe. Highly recommend this place if you are in Greenville.“
“The service was great! I saw on some other reviews that the environment can be noisy and while the noise level definitely picked up as more people arrived, it wasn't problematic at all for two of us. The food was great, especially the grilled chicken sandwich!“
“We have come here on a regular basis. We always get the tacos, which are the best in Greenville. Gorgeous tender flour tortillas, tasty meat and veggies, generously filled but not greasy and heavy like a lot of other places. Southern Roots doesn’t need the bbq sauce, in our opinion, so we skip it. The meat is succulent and flavorful. The Caribbean Dreams tacos are also delish! Their weekday lunch specials include a taco, their tasty beans, and salad. The terrace is wonderful when weather allows.“
“Great local bar for a quick drink after work to miss traffic or to gather with friends for a year-end party. A good menu with several flavors of traditional or boneless wings. Hamburgers/ cheeseburgers are cooked to order and delicious. The fries are great as well. Chicken fingers are excellent, and you may choose from a variety of sauces to accompany them.“
“loud restaurant, however our server alex was phenomenal and was so speedy!!! but the star of the show was the host mikey. he greeted and sat us with so much enthusiasm and was overall so sweet and amazing and fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! will come back just for mikey, love you man <3“
“Great southern local place to have drinks that aren't overpriced. You do need a membership, and they do have to buzz you in the door. They've stopped smoking inside, which is a plus, but they do have a nice outside areas for smokers and grilling when they have that.“
“This place is a great stress reliever. It's good for both adults and kids. Our server Abby made out experience very enjoyable. We never had to ask her for anything because she provided anticipatory service. Meaning she came over before our glasses were empty and had such a pleasant attitude. The other servers are probably good too, but I will definitely ask for Abby when my group goes back. The food was much better than I remember from years ago. We had pizza, brownies, bone-in wings, nachos and hummus. Everything was top notch. We also had 2 kids with us and they enjoyed themselves as well. We're looking forward to our next event at Sparetime.“
“This was by far the best wine tasting experience we’ve had. The owner Ben did an amazing job of teaching us about all the wines we had and wines overall. He also kept us laughing and entertained. The bartender Bella is the absolute sweetest person. I highly recommend them for any kind of wine tasting, as well as a place to just chill out and have a good drink in a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back“
“Great selection of pub fare type entrees and tasty appetizers, with an even better selection of brews! Our server was just the right amount of attentive and the atmosphere of the place was good. It's a renovated service station so when the weather is nice they'll open up the bay doors for an open air feeling. Would definitely dine or just get a drink here again.“
“The Best Place Ever ! The bar ! Food is delicious and the Salad !! They have the best Hookah with CBD its so good ! Fish is delicious!! Don’t forget to try French fries ? I’ll call this the best bar and Hookah with Alcohol , and you can smoke cigarettes inside which is so cool ! I love this place , def. Will be back with my Friends !“
“Best lil watering hole in the upstate!! A locals hidden secret that everybody knows about. Great staff, great service, clean and family friendly. PRIVATE place so be prepared for your eager 24 hr wait, but the wait is worth it!!! Come have your first drink on Pal!!! You'll love it!!!“
“A very unique spot in the downtown scene. If you are looking for brain freeze, this is your spot. I follows my cousins lead and got a frozen beverage. The flavors were good. I went with a banana flavor. There was live music so that can't be best and it allowed you a warm environment while drinking something cold. This must be an amazing spot during the summer.“
“For a Saturday night, it wasn't crazy. The food was excellent, tasted fresh, and we had huge portions. It's in a strip mall, oddly behind another Greek place in the front of the mall parking lot, but totally worth finding. The staff was friendly and quick with drink refills. We sat in the bar area and the tvs were on but not intrusive. We could easily talk over dinner without noise from the TV. The menu has a ton of options, and they all sounded great, but the Combo platter was an excellent way to sample various dishes.“
“What a great beer spot in a great area of Greenville. The park and The Commons are a GREAT spot. Our bartender recommnded an awesome wheat beer for me and a tasty sour for my wife. Some of the bets beer we had in Greenville. If you are in the area and want some good beer, give this place a try!“
“Highly recommend The Captain for a tasty cocktail experience! No need to order off menu as they have a perfect selection of specialty drinks to taste your way through. I enjoyed one both pre and post dinner. A charming space to settle into and enjoy libations and small plates.“
“Very nice vibes. The food was hot, fresh, seasoned, and good. The service was top tier. They were friendly and helpful. The drinks were great and of good quality. The dj played songs that tapped into all vibes...singing, romance, trap, tweaking...my friends and I had a time.“
“This place is a great vibe! Great customer service! Never thought I would have so much fun on a Sunday for brunch! Will definitely be back!!! Chicken and waffles plate was absolutely delicious!!! I will be back for happy hour for sure, David was all I needed he sets the moods foreal!!!!“
