“Came into town to visit friends, they suggested we come here. The owner/chef suggested he cook us his special which wasn't on the menu and promised if we didn't like it he would fix us something else. It was called Amalfe, made with chicken. It was absolutely delicious best Italian I've had ever. If you're in Greenville SC this place is a must.”

“This place is much larger on the inside. For some reason I thought it would be cramped/small inside. Not the case at all!Very nice cashier and server. “I actually live in Asheville and had Nana’s for the first time last week. I love good food, so I ordered two plates….and yes they were for me lol. Anyways, while y’all say mmm she is greedy, she must be a big back…. Mind your business and let’s get into the plates. So I had meatloaf, Mac n cheese and green beans with corn bread…. And I’m glad my windows are tinted so folks didn’t see me licking my fingers and humming to myself when I ate that food. The meatloaf is A1, had the ketchup on there and everything! The mac n cheese was cheesin!!! And the green beans were good also. Now that dang cornbread was slap ya mamma good, like I should have got cornbread on both, but I digress. Now the second plate…. And yes I pinched off the second plate while eating the first. If you have had the food you know why. The second plate was fried fish, whiting, with slaw and potato salad. The potato salad….. who made the potato salad….. somebody with the big arm that’s who!! It was on point, cole slaw was cool, and that fish!!!!! I had one or two bones, but that ain’t them peoples fault, sometimes you catch a stray. That fish was seasoned and fried toPerfection! It wasn’t a lil anorexic piece either, two nice size fillets. If y’all read this far go on down there and visit them people!!! It’s Monday…. And I’m patiently waiting on Tuesday so I can drive down this good lil mountain to restaurant depot and get two more plates from nanas! Yes…. Two, I eat one for dinner, get out of my business.”

“Im not from here and putting trust in fish is hard for me. They nailed it!! Had the croaker. If this fish is on the menu im getting it anywhere but this one hit the spot. Lots of food for the price. This will be my go to for seafood.”

“The food is a bit messy to eat, but very tasty, and they provide sufficient napkins. A person not in uniform delivers your order to your table, which is a bit different from how it initially appears. Be sure to tip since you pay before receiving your meal.”

“Best bbq i have ever had. The brisket was tender the cornbread wasn’t too dry the lemonade was perfect and not to mention the staff was super friendly and welcoming. If it’s your first time there they explain the whole menu to you and overall this is an amazing place to eat 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“Might be the best place ever. I crave their food almost every second of the day. If I was stuck on an island and could choose one meal to eat every single day it would be their bandeja paisa. They also have the best empanadas I have ever had in my life. Also try the pink sauce they have es muy bueno.”

“Excellent food. My first time in and I had the Arroz con Pollo with a salad and chicken soup. The food was fantastic. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we got past it together. I will be back.”

“Friendly service, everyone greeted us when we walked in. Food was good and a large portion. Restaurant was very clean. On the way out multiple people said goodbye to us. UPDATE 4 years later we are back and I'm pretty sure the food got even better and the service was still top notch. Went from 4 to 5.”

“I absolutely love this place. The food is great but the customer service is out of this world! The staff treats you like you're old friends (even from my first visit) and go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. I cant say enough good things about this place. My first experience with them was a togo order that my husband picked up and it was missing an item (luckily we live very close) usually this would have been a deal breaker for me but between the taste of the food and the AMAZING care they showed to make things right we were hooked. The next time we dined in and our waiter was so wonderful that we decided that we would dine in from now on because we love the atmosphere so much.”

“I love pulled pork. The best way that I can tell if the kitchen is worthy of my dollar; try the pulled pork... dry. The Pig BBQ has had many transitions, but the service and food remains a staple for great BBQ.”

“This is our favorite restaurant, full stop. We go two or three times a week. My wife is addicted to burgers so we've tried every spot in town and this is our favorite by far.”
