The waitress was a nice but her customer service was very poor, I don't know if she was having a bad night but she wasn't on her game, she kept forgetting about the things we ask her for but she was friendly then another waitress did told us that she wasn't feeling her best so like I said she was just having a bad night. Overall we did enjoy the atmosphere there since that was our first time eating there.

Food was great once it finally arrived at our table because SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE super slow and not friendly. My party and other groups stood for at least 10 minutes while the wait staff stood at the end of the bar laughing and talking. Two couples got tired of waiting. The restaurant only had a few people there so it was no apparent reason for not seating us and others who were waiting.

I'd give 0 stars if possible, slowest service I've ever seen. Decided they weren't changing a keg on a draught beer. Sat over an hour before I received a bottled beer. Over an hour waiting on food. Waitress pops by very rarely. Haven't seen a manager floating around. I just need the store number and give corporate a call.
