I ordered meals and sushi via DoorDash. First, they only gave the DoorDash driver one of my meals and one sushi roll. I contacted Mr Hibachi to explain the driver would be back due to not receiving the second meal and roll. Mr Hibachi CHARGED ME TWICE for the full order after the DoorDash driver went back!! I had to dispute the charge on my card and now had to cancel my card! On top of that, the rolls were the worst sushi I have ever eaten and the meals were subpar. Just go to Summerville, this place is awful.

When they get the right order to you its not garunteed its cooked right. On multiple occasions the fried rice was hard, the vegetables had a funny taste, and sometimes if your lucky you might get someone elses order. Also at random, they give sass to delivery drivers. What are we supposed to do, leave the store without picking the order up? Our contracts don't let us do that.

The steak and vegetable bowl was horrible. The steak had a bad flavor so that was a complete waste. The zucchini was decent. The cauliflower had a funky taste. After about five bites, my stomach is in knots. To make the situation worse, the sauce was watered down. White sauce/yum yum sauce or whatever you want to call it should not have the same consistency as water. It should have a higher viscosity.Thanks for the wasted food (currently in the trash) and possible food poisoning.

I'm from the city of Detroit big city and this is the worst sushi and fried rice I've ever had wouldn't recommend to anyone I have high expectations cause I'm from the city but this is just straight embarrassing if you want Japanese food go to the city not some little county shack that they call a restaurant.
