I came to Starbucks on Black Friday. I expected them to be busy with people shopping but this was unacceptable. The line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. I ordered 3 drinks and ended up waiting almost an hour before they even made my drinks. Their priorities were mobile orders. While waiting, I witnessed one of the baristas “accidentally” stick her finger in one of the drinks. And then give it to another customer. They also had 5 people total working. Three were actually taking orders and making drinks, whereas the other two came out of the back, made themselves a drink and then go back the the back of the store while the rest of them were struggling. Shout out to the two girls who were taking orders and constantly restocking things. But the other three really need to do better.

i mobile ordered 20 minutes ahead, i got their i had to get to work after and i sat in the Starbucks for 20 minutes waiting on my sandwich and caramel ribbon crunch. I finally got my drink they put whipped cream on it when i said no whip so they had to remake after already sitting there for 20 minutes, after i got my drink i still didn’t get my sandwich and they didn’t know i had one so they had to make that, overall i had to stay there for 30 minutes + late work work. very disappointed starbucks.

Went in order peppermint paid for it..stood there a good 25 minutes than comes up to me to tell me they're put of peppermint 5 minutes ago. Really upset me only reason I came in..outlook my order money have me wait that. Tell me your out never again I will go to moncks cornet sc starbucks

I love these people. I don't want to leave anyone out and can't remember all names. Brylan, Rylee, the young lady with burgundy hair, red hair, the one with braces. Hahaha sorry. They're amazing and always remember my drink. Oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso, 4 pumps of this & that, extra cinnamon powder, sweet cold foam on top, nothing in the foam. Ughhh, I'm obsessed

I paidd for peppermint stand here over 30 minutes.if I wanted something else I would of order it..to say the least furious..never again
