I placed a take away order at the counter and it didn't take long before my sandwich was ready.Yes, I chose the Banh Mi sandwich with "five spice ground pork" and it was delicious. Still hot by the time I parked, it was full of meat and veggies and lots of flavor.Next time, dine in. “The food was really good. The service was just ok. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. We decided to grab dinner because it was next door to a Total Wine Store and I was in town for a friends birthday and wanted to get some wine. I had shrimp fried rice and a sushi roll. It got really busy pretty quickly. We were never offered drink refills and it took a while to get our bill. Other than that I was not mad at the food.“

“For the service, I can’t give more than five stars, but I would. We had Luke as our server, this person was simply amazing from the moment that he walked up to the table. He was more than attentive. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays. I am sure that all of their servers act this way I just happen to have him. This is my second time into this restaurant. “We had an amazing experience here as a family. Our server Sophia V. was very helpful with recommendations about the menu. We ordered 5 of her favorite sushi rolls and some hibachi and it all was great. Sophia was attentive and gave us the best service. The food was absolutely fantastic. We will be back for the Gamecock and Elephant roll and will be asking for Sophia V. again!“
“This might be the best Japanese food I've ever heard. I had the chicken and steak hibachi and was blown away by the symphony of flavors from the meats, veggies, oranges, sauce. My mom had the shrimp fried rice and enjoyed it too. The seating is large and cozy with good art work, and the music is really good.“
“We sat in the bar area and Brandy was our waitress/bartender. This was our first time ever at P.F. Chang’s and it won’t be our last. The food was great. Best fried rice I’ve ever eaten. Brandy was very helpful and gave us some good tips. Staff was polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean.Parking: At lunch hour on a Saturday, we had no issues finding a parking spot.“
“This place was just across the street from our hotel. We had been eating so much on our trip we wanted lighter fare that we could walk to. We have a place similar to this where we live and enjoy going to.They have signature dishes or you can make your own. The make your own can get a little pricey if you are not paying attention as they charge extra for items that we normally get for free at our local place. While the menu online had brown rice as a base option, they did not have that both times we went so I opted for sushi rice. Really shouldn't have to choose. Also, the salad base option is kale vs. mixed greens so another swing and a miss. The marinated tuna was really good. My bowl was loaded with seaweed salad, which I like, but both times it almost was too much.I don't know if this is a new place but most people who came in had difficulty placing their orders. It was either a communication breakdown or just not knowing how to order. The staff seemed more focused in getting the order made and move on.“

“Without question one of the best food trucks in Charleston and they have some of the best prices! We were at the Firefly Distillery and we bought 2 different items for the same cost of what most other trucks charged for 1. One of our favorite dishes is the Thurmond Murman, it's delicious!“
“I found myself with lots of luggage and a short wait for an Uber in front of Bon Banh Mi on Spring St. - perfect time for a quick bowl of cold noodles with pork dumplings. I eat often at the shop on Ben Sawyer, so it was an easy decision. The food was quick, well prepared, served with great consideration and southern manners, and I didn't have to leave my little bright colored patio table on the Spring St sidewalk for one thing. A lovely little lunch in the sunshine of DT Charleston! Props to you! One more Bon Banh Mi to love in the area!!“
“We couldn't figure out where we wanted to eat late last night and didn't want to spend too much money since we'd already had an appetizer somewhere else. We walked by here and thought it would be good. The restaurant isn't exactly the cleanest and to food isn't exactly the highest quality that you may be used to in Charleston but it was pretty good, especially for the price. My husband and both ordered a drink and entree and shared a roll, all for about $50. It's almost impossible to get all that anywhere else. I even opted for the duck, which was a thigh portion but I really liked it. The curry was good and the vegetables were fresh. The roll wasn't very fancy but they had some that sounded really good to choose from. At under $10 for a roll, the price was right. Our server was nice and the food came out pretty quick. This looks like one of the hot spots for the college kids, probably because it is so affordable and it's pretty darn good. I'd definitely recommend and if we were local, we would definitely be back.“

And honestly they were excellent together! They complimented each other really well! Happy hour was awesome! $2.00 of everything on the menu! Definitely satisfied that craving for Mexican and sushi! It was just what we both wanted.“
“We have been getting Banh Mi's takeout from the Spring street location for years and it is always great. Traveling through Mt. P and found this location. Great open atmosphere and bar. The bartender/ manager(?) was super accomodating, knowledgeable and once we understood this location was affiliated with the downtown location we knew whar we were going to get.... Beef curry bahn mi and the sticky wings delivered. Service was great and look forwad to returning when we are on that side of town.“
