We've always been really happy with Clean Eatz. This location always has had wonderful food and service. The employees are all very nice. However, I was informed a few days ago when I went into the cafe that they only accept cash tips. But there's a tip option when I insert my card? Sure is, but that goes straight to the owners/corporate, not to the actual employees working in the cafe that day. I was told that the employees receive whatever cash is in the jar at the end of the day plus a $2 tip. Who knows how long I've been tipping (we've been coming to this location for at least 2 years) and it going straight to the owners/corporate. I found that incredibly deceiving. Even though I like Clean Eatz, I will evaluate going there from now on after hearing this information.

Waited 20 min for my wrap and as I was eating it, it tasted funny/not like goat cheese. I did some inspecting and saw the cheese was blue/green. I took it up to the front and asked if this is blue cheese or moldy but either way I don’t want it. The manager told me it was goat cheese. I explained that it if that was the case, the cheese was green and she was serving moldy cheese to customers. She went to the back and realized the cheeses were mislabeled and stated they would make a new wrap. Waited another 10 minutes and she brought it out with no sweet potato fries (the side that comes with all entrees). Manager rolling her eyes and taking deep breaths through entire interaction. As I was leaving, they were throwing all the premade Tupperware meals in trash bags. Not sure if all the food in that place has gone bad or what. Will not be back.

I came to pick up ordered meal prep and a smoothie and left immediately after getting my meals! Upon entering the building things were rough. Fridges run down and leaking. Some not even working. Standing water all over the floor. The place was overwhelmingly hot. Just seemed very run down. Not a place I want to be eating food out of if they can't keep up with their equipment (I know this has been ongoing for weeks due to a prior visit). Upon getting home, my meals look absolutely terrible! Nothing even remotely close to what they advertised the meals to be. Will not be ordering again!

Usually good. Ordered the Arnold, made with chicken instead of shredded beef plus all the sauce was on one side. It made the wrap hard to finish, just ate a bunch of sauce at the end. Also Alana opted to skip the tip for me because she does not receive electronic tips.

Just walked in and the 2 people working there said nothing was gluten free. I am very surprised and disappointed and will not be going back. If that is not the case, then the managers should educate their employees.

I came here for a light lunch. The food was great. I made my own bowl and the order came out quickly. My order was brown rice, chicken, mushroom, carrots, and broccoli. The service was nice.It’s a cute little place to come and grab a quick bit either by yourself or with a friend.
Honestly I am blown away by the positive reviews. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Veggies basically raw, no flavor, and salmon was pre frozen and not fresh AT ALL! Don’t waste your time or money.

This is a cute little healthy cafe, with the absolute friendliest and kindest staff. I got the "Build Your Own Bowl," to go, and all the ingredients were fresh, satisfying, and tasty. The "Clean Crunch Vanilla White Chocolate" snack mix also hit the spot! It's very addictive and easy to finish the entire bag in just one sitting! The lady behind the counter was so nice and friendly! My food was ready when I arrived, and she offered dessert taste samples and invited me to join their frequent customer reward program.In today's "fast and furious" world, it was a breathe of fresh air to stumble upon a health conscious cafe with such welcoming staff! It's easy to dismiss customers as "just another customer," but it takes a special type of place to genuinely interact and treat each customer as an individual.Keep up the nice work Clean Eatz and Thank You!

We were shopping and looking for options to kinda meet everyone's taste and healthy options! BINGO! This is it! A great vibe, more than enough options with an inspirational ambiance! The new manager "LeAnn" was so helpful and couldn't have been kinder. How I wish we had this local to us (we are Southern MD'drs! ) but so glad to know that when we are in Charleston, we have a NEW "Go-To"!
