I came here for a light lunch. The food was great. I made my own bowl and the order came out quickly. My order was brown rice, chicken, mushroom, carrots, and broccoli. The service was nice.It’s a cute little place to come and grab a quick bit either by yourself or with a friend.

This is a cute little healthy cafe, with the absolute friendliest and kindest staff. I got the "Build Your Own Bowl," to go, and all the ingredients were fresh, satisfying, and tasty. The "Clean Crunch Vanilla White Chocolate" snack mix also hit the spot! It's very addictive and easy to finish the entire bag in just one sitting! We were shopping and looking for options to kinda meet everyone's taste and healthy options! BINGO! This is it! A great vibe, more than enough options with an inspirational ambiance! The new manager "LeAnn" was so helpful and couldn't have been kinder. How I wish we had this local to us (we are Southern MD'drs! ) but so glad to know that when we are in Charleston, we have a NEW "Go-To"!
