Service from delivery guy was good, but the pizza not so much. I ordered the works with garlic parmesan crust. The crust was NOT flavored, which would be ok if it had not cost me a buck fifty extra. 2nd, the pizza had jalapeños! That IS NOT an ingredient on the works. I picked off all I could see but there were still some hiding under the cheese. Not happy.

Ordered a Shaq-a-Roni pizza!What size is this supposed to be? Mine looked like a medium. Also it is supposed to have over 60 pepperonis?There was only 2-3 peps per slice.Either I received the wrong pizza or this was a complete joke.Shaq would be disappointed. And still Hungry.

NO GLOVES!! I asked if it's a requirement to wear glove and wash your hands and the manager said no, that paa johns pizza doesn't require hands being washed before touching the food or to wear gloves! I was SHOCKED to get that response! We ordered dwlivery before a couple of nights earlier and my hubby got sick.. i didnt even think of the pizza and now im wondering if it was from his or other employee's dirty hands. His uniform looked so dirty.. . No refunds was allowed and so we had to take those pizzas and throw them away. SO DISGUSTING!! Never ordering from papa johns again!!!

Food was wrong. Pizza had ingredients I couldn't eat and didn't order. Drinks were wrong. Won't go back for dine in, pick up or delivery. Given them too many chances.

Flawed notification system appears to send out "ready for pickup" message based on presumed ready time rather than an employee triggering it; mine still had a while to cook after it was flagged as being done. Also, a minor issue with order accuracy, but the staff was friendly and accommodating in resolving that. Excellent pizza, fair price

I went in a few time to pick up my order and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke and i saw the same older women smoking outside who i assume is the manager (also was very rude as i overheard her commenting about my weight). every one else was super sweet!

Average Papas location. Very tight parking, more of a take-out location. Virtually no room inside. Customer service has. Even spotty but as expected. Food has always been great and on time.
