The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. love the chicken
Stop at speedway off of state highway 70 in Ohio to fuel up. Smelt good so decided to try some. Staff super friendly and chicken was moist and fresh. Would definitely do it again.
