There has rarely ever been a time that I have driven through, or walked into this Starbucks, when they weren't friendly, or smiling! At a time, when everyone else is very shorthanded, as are they, they continue to give service with a smile! I basically ordered my Chestnut praline latte at my house, and then drove across the street and it was ready within minutes! As my policy on reviewing national chains I am referring to location specific items like cleanliness, service, and parking as things like food and atmosphere are going to be the same... This location always seems to have mobile orders ready in reasonable time and are very friendly. I have avoided other locations in Mt Pleasant because this is not the case. This one is a definite go to for us.

Posted up here for a meeting with my colleagues and the staff here made us feel so welcomed. Good coffee, good breakfast, and good vibes! The staff greeted people that walked in and were just so friendly. Alex even came out on the floor and asked us if we wanted some waters… amazing! Above and beyond! There’s a sign that says the store purpose is “to be your favorite neighbor” and this staff NAILS it!! Thank you!
