Posted up here for a meeting with my colleagues and the staff here made us feel so welcomed. Good coffee, good breakfast, and good vibes! The staff greeted people that walked in and were just so friendly. Alex even came out on the floor and asked us if we wanted some waters… amazing! Above and beyond! There’s a sign that says the store purpose is “to be your favorite neighbor” and this staff NAILS it!! Thank you!

There has rarely ever been a time that I have driven through, or walked into this Starbucks, when they weren't friendly, or smiling! At a time, when everyone else is very shorthanded, as are they, they continue to give service with a smile! I basically ordered my Chestnut praline latte at my house, and then drove across the street and it was ready within minutes! They were very busy, but yes, they were still smiling and I saw the manager, and she was smiling, too! I don't frequent Starbucks, but when I do go, this is my chosen Starbucks! It's quiet and respectful and very low-key in its decor!

I always order my order online and when I receive it I realize it is wrong. I'm tired of complaining and it's no use. My cup, which should be full of coffee, is always half full. This only happens in this store. Lack of attention and training.

This location does not answer the phone. They claimed my card had an error and ran my card twice. So I paid twice for coffee and zero customer service.

As my policy on reviewing national chains I am referring to location specific items like cleanliness, service, and parking as things like food and atmosphere are going to be the same... This location always seems to have mobile orders ready in reasonable time and are very friendly. I have avoided other locations in Mt Pleasant because this is not the case. This one is a definite go to for us.

Asked for oat milk in coffee and they don’t care … they put whole milk in coffee and I’m lactose intolerant. Had to throw away coffee - waste of money - would recommend not going here at all
