Have been in the drive through for 30 mins waiting for my food and I would leave but I’m stuck in the line that doesn’t have a passing lane. Just stinks because I’m on my lunch break and I’m hoping to make it back in time.

I was on my lunch break looking to get some Taco Bell. It took me 32 minutes from the moment I pulled into the drive thru to the moment I drove past the window and had to leave without getting my food because I was already 2 minutes late clocking back into work because I’m stuck in a drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for 3 tacos (Still had a 10 min drive back to my job too). Don’t come here they sleep behind the counter. Unless you’re willing to give up a few hours out of your day in hopes of a few tacos. 0/5 Stars

Worst taco bell I have ever been in. They had no inside customers but still didn't greet us. We had to use machine to order because no one came to counter for us. Food came broke and crumbled.

Went through the drive through and the guy taking my order was very rude I was trying to find the name of a NEW item I wanted to order and he was rushing me cause they closed in 15 minutes he got so frustrated with me cause his attitude through me off so it took longer to find the name of the item so his manager had to take my order and when I get to the window I can hear him talking crap about me coming so late and when I spoke to the MOD she was nice but also seemed like she didn’t care and just wanted me to leave

fat lady in the back is yelling and bullying the other employees so much shes screwing up her own work. she made the entire visit unpleasant. small girl working drive thru didnt deserve to be spoken to that way.
The workers here are very hostile. I was picking up an online order and I asked if the order details showed everything as vegetarian. They would only respond with "what you ordered is there".I tried to clarify that I just wanted to make sure the modifications I made in my online order were showing up correctly because last time everything ended up having meat in it. I don't think the online edits always show up for them.Trying to tell her this made her very upset and she kept interrupting me and yelling and would not let me speak.I cancelled my order because I'm not letting somebody like that handle my food.

It’s clean but the quality of food and service is piss poor every time I go there. It’s a shame because this location is dynamite with all the wealthy teens in the area and proximity to the tourist laden beach. The employees act like they are so out out of you dare come in, even when your the only customer. It is appalling. Everyone I know agrees this is the worst restaurant in Mount pleasant.
