fat lady in the back is yelling and bullying the other employees so much shes screwing up her own work. she made the entire visit unpleasant. small girl working drive thru didnt deserve to be spoken to that way.
We pulled up for a fast dinner and it was all fine but as we were ordering at the drive thru the woman on it started trying to make us pull up because "she was going start a fight" with my mother? Now. I get rude customers. But we literally were just ordering. She passed us off to a man after saying more stuff about fighting my elderly mother (he was fine).
