Carolina Seafood & Steak Reviews
Went to Carolina Seafood and Steak for Happy Hour yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at what a great variety of under $10 items available! Kelly the server /barmaid was on point with her top notch service and recommendations! Great variety of craft tap beers and cocktails and she let me sample some of them to see what I liked . I started out with the pepperoni pizza and was surprised to get a whole fresh hot excellent pie. ! Ate half of it save room for some other items and...read full review
Food took forever to come out. One person didn’t get their steak for 10 minutes after the rest of our party, and then it was way overcooked. Wait staff and manager (perhaps owner?) were not very understanding or helpful. The whole evening was a comedy of errors and one we talk about year after year on our annual MB trip. Perhaps they have improved as this experience was in the first or second year of it going from La Festa to Carolina Seafood and Steak…but we haven’t gone...read full review
This restaurant was new to us and what an incredible find!! The staff is amazing and the Owner is not only involved working along side with his staff , he meets his patrons and in our case modified an entree for my guy. The food is absolutely amazing, some of the best I’ve had. As my career is in customer service

Carolina Seafood & Steak offers a pleasant dining experience with tasty food and attentive service. The scallops, seared flounder, and grilled grouper are cooked well, and the house salad and cornbread are fresh and flavorful. Customers also enjoy the prime rib, which is very good, along with other dishes like pizza and crab legs. On Sunday evenings, the restaurant features a jazz ensemble playing lounge jazz, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can order drinks like a blueberry lemon drop or a mule, which are both well-liked. The grouper and shrimp and grits are flavorful and satisfying, though the grouper is quite large. Service is generally good, though sometimes busy. The meal, including drinks, appetizer, and entrees, costs over $100, typical for a tourist area. Despite the prices, many appreciate the unique experience and the lively jazz music in the background. The staff and owner are friendly, and the food is some of the best around, making it a great place for a special meal. The restaurant has a laid-back ambiance with a piano player, and the portions are large with delicious food, especially the surf n turf with tender filet and the big lobster tail. The side salad, mashed potatoes, and asparagus complement the meal well. Many visitors recommend it for seafood and steak lovers, especially for special occasions. Overall, it remains a popular spot with good service and flavorful dishes, perfect for enjoying a relaxing night out.
