“I have to give credit & recognition to this great crew! There is no walk in ordering just drive thru & walk up pick up. It is Friday morning at 9:10 am and this location is swamped with people lining up out front (6-10), and many cars going thru the drive thru. Our family of 4 have been airstreaming our way from nj to fl & going back. We are regular iced matcha latte & iced caramel latte drinkers. I mean like every day! I have to give credit where credit is due. The team at this location has proven to be the best, most officiant & calm, cool under extreme pressure I have ever witnessed anywhere on the east coast of our dunkin runs! They prepared our order of 9 items perfectly, efficient, lighting fast & pleasant with a smile. Thank you! They deserve to be recognized by management & given bonuses & raises! “I was in the area and craving mini donuts. Searched online and found this little joint and was excited to see it was ran by a mother and her daughter! When I arrived nobody was at the counter but then a man sitting in chairs behind us says “can I help y’all?”. We ordered mini donuts with strawberry and chocolate topping. I was disappointed when they came out prepackaged and the man said I’m sorry we didn’t wanna turn our machine on today. $5 for old/cold donuts and some topping, ridiculous.After the response from the owner I have updated my review to a 4 star. Customer service means a lot and I am very understanding of things happening.I appreciate the refund - it wasn’t necessary as I do like to support small businesses. I will check out your location again if I am in the area.“
“Everybody that works here has a smile on their face they greet you as a friend. They're there when you need that coffee in the morning and you can barely see. And they're there in the afternoon when you're hungry after a long day and you just need something to keep you going. “Donuts were hot and fresh. Most of the other donuts were out. The workers seemed to be aggravated, waiting on customers. There were 4 people standing in line, and it took over 30 minutes to be waited on. I don't have an issue waiting, but the customer service could have been a lot better! I don't like seeing employees speaking to customers the way they did.“

“Great place for Tastee Cake brand treats and many other baked goods and bread choices. Bread is an average of$1 a loaf. Raisin bread, rolls, thick sliced bread etc. Some items in there are a little higher in price as they don't seem to be part of the outlet close to outdated items....new deliveries come in every night so first thing in the morning would give you a better choice of popular items.“
