“I ordered a latte with less caramel syrup. It was made with the full amount and was not drinkable for me. I went back through the drivethru as I had 2 sleeping babies in the car. The man at the window with an invader Zim tattoo was AMAZING. He insisted on getting it correctly and having me try before I left to insure quality. I was having a very tough day and had a long road trip ahead of me, his attitude made all the difference for me and I am grateful. This is my new go-to location.“
“I had coffee through the drive thru. But as always I get the hot or iced caramel swirl latte and it's always great .Vegetarian options: Well if you just don't eat meat,I think you would be ok here. If you don't use any products that have a mother,it's probably a bit more difficult. Maybe an orange juice or coffee and a bagel or hash browns. I don't think you would go hungry by any means.“
“So we stopped by to get a dozen donuts and only the drive through was opened because of lack of staff. There was 2 ladies working. The older lady, despite lack of sraff, had everything under control. She was professional, competent, and very kind. My order had 1 mistake. She opened the door to let me in and give me the 3 chocolate iced Kreme filled. I was very impressed by her ability to keep the business running with only one person working with her. Did not catch her name but she deserves a raise!“
“It’s always a joy to see Octavia and her Beautiful smile. She makes coming to DD a treat, she’s always friendly and gives excellent service. I’ve come on other days and aren’t greeted with the same attitude and courtesy as Octavia gives.“
“Stopped by late one evening for a sugar craving fill. Very nicely, Shonda proceeded to tell us they were closing, to go through the drive thru. She then proceeds to politely let us in so we can pick out our dozen doughnuts. She does all of this with a smile on her face. With the way the world is now it’s really nice to see someone actually being polite in the food industry. I myself worked in it for many years.So Shonda at the Hwy 52 location in Florence, SC needs a raise! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had!!
