“It's a Subway. It's a cut above the rest though, for sure. Very good and friendly staff. Above all, they are fast and good at their job.I walked in to get a couple very basic boring subs for my kids, and the line was quite long. Surprisingly, the staff knocked it out quick and efficiently.Parking can be tight, but I haven't found any issues getting a spot.“
“For lunch I decided to eat at Subway on South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach SC . I always get the buffalo chicken sub with lettuce tomato red onion cucumber with ranch dressing. Some of the Subways get the order wrong but this one knew how to make it the right way by placing the buffalo sauce on top of the chicken and then place the cheese on top of the sauce.The atmosphere was nice and the store was like the rest of the subway stores but smaller . I would go back again .“
“Excellent customer service by the 2 young men working on Sunday night. And they built the sandwiches in a mega way that was very enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean. It was my first time at this location but will be my goto for Subway from now on.“
“Here on vacation for the weekend and all the "big" restaurants are booked. Decided to walk here to get some dinner for the family. Ordered via the app and was told it would be 15mins. Great! So we walked from our hotel, only 10 mins away. Got there early and all 4 of our subs were already done! Staff was super friendly, we thanked them and walked back to the hotel. “Me and my daughter came here for lunch while on break and we enjoyed it. The bread was tasty and not hard, the station was clean and they had items covered. The young man training was calm and doing a great job. The women there made our sandwiches, and they came out just right.The only thing id say wasn't great, was watching the women correct the young man in front of the line the way she did instead of pulling him to the side or facing the board whispering. I did feel a bit bad for him. Over all thought, it was a really great visit, and they had great food.“
“Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. “Honestly they probably deserve a 5 star if you are a huge sub fan but I just am not a big fan of sandwiches/subs. We had no problem with our order but what I remember more than anything was the little gal that helped us. She was incredibly helpful and took extra care of my mother in law even asking did she want her sub cut in thirds. 10 stars for that little gal!“
“I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart to begin with. I always get a weird vibe going in. They do have some cheap items that I love to get that other stores don't carry. I like this location in Conway - it seems much nicer and cleaner than the location down on Seaboard street.“
“There were two gentleman working hard and very courteous. One was hard at work keeping the place clean mopping and trying to clean the bathrooms. I say trying bc I was in one. The lock was messed up. No one knew until while washing my hands he started to open the door to come in and clean. He saw me and immediately said, "Excuse me!! I'm so sorry." He was very professional and gentlemanly about the situation. When I came out he immediately tried to figure out why the lock didn't work correctly. Then he started helping with my order. It was a rather large order. I highly recommend this "Subway". My sister and I found ourselves there rather late. But, we were never rushed, we were treated as if they had just opened and started their day. The place practically sparkled and was very clean. The sandwiches were amazing. The amounts were plentiful. My family and I were very pleased, even my grandbabies lol. Thank you so much! God bless you all and your precious families. “Let me first say this was the cleanest Subway I have ever been in! But I’m really here to talk about our sandwich artist tonight… her name was Bernie. Bernie gave my mother and I the best customer service I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. She was happy to be at work and happy to help us! She greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors and was extremely attentive. Bernie went above and beyond and made our experience truly great. She was kind, engaging, fast and focused! I manage a local business in Myrtle Beach and would gladly have Bernie come teach my employees a class on customer service any day!
