Really surprised at how good the grilled chicken salad was, they put extra cucumber and extra cheese on it for me. Very accommodating And the chicken was cooked perfectly.
Zaxby’s really stands out for its incredibly fast service and great food. It is one of the cleanest fast food places I have ever been to.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes with only 4 cars in line. Utterly ridiculous. I know that sometimes things happen but this is every time we come. It is no better inside either.

Changing my once good review to a pitiful 1 star. WORST SERVICE EVER! I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while people worked the drive thru and NEVER even acknowledged my presence even after looking right at me. The manager was far too busy counting cups to be of any help and actually told me they were too busy when I spoke to them, so I just left. I can do way better with my time and money and so should you. Food is terrible for you anyways, it's all fried in garbage oils and everything has sugar added to keep ya addicted.

Everytime I come here on my lunch break at 2 I am always waiting at least 20-30 minutes even when I did an online order. Only 1 car in front of me and still have to wait that long in a drive thru is a little ridiculous.

This place is wonderful. Today I took my dad there for lunch. It's very difficult taking my father out anywhere because he has dementia. However, zaxby's is 1 place he always remembers and looks forward too. He constantly gloats to his children how wonderful this place is to the point all 3 of us got him Zaxbys giftcards for his birthday. Thank you so much everything!
