The food is always pretty decent to me. The service and atmosphere on the other hand needs alot of improvement. Especially the folks taking orders at the drive thru. Not to mention, place the order for one freeze and didn't mention the machine was down, go to tell her the next one and bam all of a sudden the machine isn't working today. Ok I get it, been doing fastfood/retail my entire life, machines mess up, but tell me up front.

I can honestly say the last time I been here it was horrible. But when I returned, there was this guy who had red hair and he was the most sweetest, respectful, attitude was amazing, he wasn’t nasty like the other managers and employees there, and he used his manners. Even when other employers I heard were being nasty to him he still was respectful. Whoever the red head guy is please tell him to keep his head up and keep up the positive attitude!! I would definitely eat there if he’s only there working.

Waiting in line I watched as an employee of door dash walked in and notified them of the order she was picking up. I watched two gentlemen walk in and placed their orders on the kiosk and then another gentleman as well. All three gentlemen got their orders before she even got hers and she stood there for 15 minutes. While watching her I noticed a short female with short dreads or braids walk behind the counter make her some more food and left. She did not help with the customers up front, she waited behind the counter instead of helping until her ride came. Then when her ride showed up she went outside dropped off the food came back inside made more food and took that food out to the car and left. Every time I come into this Taco Bell it takes forever. And I feel sorry for the customers of that doordash employee cuz I know their food is cold it was done well before and it didn't even put it under the hot pin while it took them another 5 minutes just to make an ice coffee. Mind you they have three Cooks and one person running drive-thru and cashier up front. There's no reason why it takes that long for the food to get done or a customer to be attended to. I truly don't think they will ever get this Taco Bell together. There's always a bad experience every time we come up there and this is just me taking myself today.

The employees very rude and unprofessional and when asked for names so I could report them they refused to give them to me and when I asked to speak to a manager they all started shouting that they was a manager none of the employees had name tags I do not recommend this Taco Bell .

A complete disaster and everyone was arguing and cursing at each other. Very slow service. They claimed they were busy but I was the only one in the lobby, with 6 people on the floor. My order should have been out sooner. When I finally got my order I still had too wait a few minutes for the other half to come out. I'm a doordasher and one of the employees told me that I wasn't their priority during they're busiest hours.Edit: After a second visit employees seem to be a bit nicer. Food came out quicker. But it wasnt one of they're busy days but..... I've made an adjustment to my rating from 1 star to 3. Kindness goes a long ways with me.

Hate their kiosks. Very hard to add additional items to your order, and no help from the staff. Will go right the street (6 blocks) to the local Mexican restaurant in the future so I can order exactly what I want.

Just had the most awful experience... order was messed up..I failed to check prior to driving off and going back to hotel.. realized, called, as heading back, said it was on me for not checking, and when I got there drive thru lady was super extra and I had already had so much going on...I just wanted 3 soft tacos w only meat and lettuce... not even costing them anything really... even coworker appeared to feel bad for me and said it's only 3 soft tacos no cheese...
