Best customer service from line staff to manager!! Food is always fresh.
I came through the drive thru at 745 this morning and ordered two sausage biscuits. When I got home they were burnt and hard. How can you be a place famous for biscuits and serve that to customers. The girls name started with "E" it was so long and had so many letters in it I'm not even sure how to pronounce it, was working the drive thru. Terrible customer service and extremely un friendly and rude. I mean I'm used to rude employees at any bojangles really, but it's just aggravating...read full review
