7 Best Burger Restaurants in North Augusta

“Needs a facelift inside same ugly greenish color. Burger was dry and came out wrong had to be remade. Aslo use the drive thru for faster service. Been waiting since 11:34 and its 11:51. Only had a burgers and fries. Guess the kill the meat fresh 🤷‍♂️“

“So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“

“Tuesday night was my first time going and it was a great experience! When we had gotten there, they had just gotten slammed. Every seat was busy we went into order and we were greeted and taken care of with no long wait. They were short staff but the girls working the front were handling it so well all while positive. They let people know it may be a wait but everyone seemed ok because of how well the girls handled it. The food came out rather quick for what i expected. Everything was hot and delicious! I was very impressed and never felt we were getting poor service or food. Can’t really to come back and try again. Again, bravo to the girls waiting and who ever was making the food.“

“5 stars for all that flavor!!!! The sweetest couple that has a passion and love for food opened a restaurant that's a must try. We ordered the curry chicken, oxtails, cabbage, green beans, rice/beans, candy yams and mac/cheese. It was all seasoned very well and we had leftovers. I can taste the love in every bite. The chef has mastered his craft! We will be back!

“About 3 weeks ago my order was incorrect due to a menu and a system error. The team lead displayed great customer service and professionalism, as well as the drive through cashier to handle the situation. I’m so appreciative of the service demonstrated. Everything was taken care of with respect, great communication, attentiveness, which is hard to come by these days. Shout out to those wonderful employees!“

“My self and my boyfriend went for lunch today and was totally disappointed 😡😡now my waiter she was new and did awesome but the cook he cooked the mushroom Swiss burger raw in the middle I ordered a bacon cheeseburger there no bacon and I ordered tater tots I got cold fries and waited on my tots like 15 minutes my boyfriend was done when I got the tots my burger was cold so I didn't eat it sent it back paid for my boyfriends meal drinks and salad and tipped the waiter very nice apologized and everything but the cook was awful and very unattended of our order I'm very disappointed 😡 because I love ruby Tuesdays well I did I hope you will address your cook with this issue.“
