Basil has been a favorite of mine for over two decades—I've eaten here at least 200 times since the original Downtown location opened. That’s why it hurts to leave this review, but my last two takeout orders from Park Circle were very bland and under-seasoned.

The Beef Pho Bowl was pleasantly good. Servers were excellent.. Drinks were HORRIBLE though..
By no fault of Basil... the table next to us was loud. Very Loud.
I guessing from libations prior to arrival.
They were so obnoxious that we couldn't talk and we decided to shorten our time out... 4 Karen's and a ken.
