“$39.00 for 2 hamburgers a large drink and a shake. Good food but almost $40 for 2 burgers and only one was a double. I'm sorry buy your food is good but hamburger at grocery store is $3.98 a pound to us. And 3 patties at a quarter pound each isn't even a full pound. I can understand that there are lots of costs involved with a restaurant for sure but 40 bucks is just not something im going to do again for hamburgers. You may see a backlash from consumers in general thanks to our great economy that put us all here.“

“This is our second time eating at this place and it hits every single time! It is now a go to destination whenever we visit the beach, the gumbo is killer and their seafood boils are incredible. So much flavor and just the right amount of spice! The wonderful lady who makes the food even made my little girl her own personal bowl of gumbo with no spice and she ate every bite! The staff is friendly and the food is worth the price which I think is very reasonable!! Will be back time and time again!“

“On Tuesday Oct. 2, 2024 in the 8:00pm hr, My son an I entered Culver's eager to place order as the food is really good so we approached counter to a Caucasian employee to place order I kindly greeted the lady but no reply nor any eye contact from her either.. we where the only customers in line to be serviced & she didn't acknowledge us standing in line at least 50sec (thats almost a min) ready to order. (She was texting on her cell phone at the front register counter) she rudely turned her head towards the back and verbally/rudely snapped at a coworker to assist us with our orders then she nonchalantly turned around an walked away out of site. I stated to the employee taking my order that she was totally rude for no reason at all & I asked for a manager just to be told that the rude unprofessional individual was the manager. I was appalled so I asked for a number I could call to place a complaint he kindly gave that to me. We received our orders and seated ourselves & checked our food for any unclean tampering. I can only imagine what the Culver's employee serving crew deals with under her managerial supervision. She definitely is in the wrong line of work. The low service score is due to the manager on duty that evening an 2 previous visits my order was incorrect.

“This location has a limited menu and is basically turned into an Express Restaurant. Nigel's has full staff and menu now at their US Hwy 78/College Park Rd location, which is where Piggly-Wiggly is, with larger facility and parking lot.“

“To whom it may concern!! I am a old customer of nick's. I go by there every day to get me something to eat. In the years of me going there I watch the employees this is for the owner. It is a shame how u got your employees working in that hot restaurant for 8 hours or more there are no air in that building at all no customers like to set down and eat there food because it be to hot and they can't enjoy it from the sweat dripping in there food. The air conditioner was broke for over 6 month's and u have not fix it yet. It seem like u just care about your self and the money that u making u don't care nothing about your employees making them work in that heat.. “I drove 15 minutes just to get Arbys. I was literally the only customer in the 20 minutes I was there. I ordered a Double beef and cheddar and asked for 4-5 Horsey sauces. I was pulled up to wait for fries. When I got home there were 0 sauces and the sandwich was tiny. Not even a single. On top of that, the fries were cold sooo...why was I even pulled forward. I waited for 16 minutes after paying. I can see why yall don't have any customers. Yall need to go ahead and shut it down.“

“We visited Nick’s Gyros and Phillys because they offer halal options and have late hours, which was perfect for us. We ordered a variety of dishes including the lamb platter, shawarma, falafel, cheeseburger, beef kofta platter, hummus, and babaganuj. Everything tasted great, but the lamb is especially recommended. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more sauce to the shawarma to enhance the flavor even more.

“I ordered a salad for my wife and let's just say the salad was not up to par with Chic fi la standards. I've never had an issue before so I wasn't familiar with the process of returning an order. Once I arrived back to the store after I ate my food in front of my hungry wife (she insisted) I was greeted by a staff member and was treated great. I left a happy customer and impressed with her service. People often forget "things happen" and mistakes are made but it's about how you handle a "thing" or mistake that truly sets you apart and provides customer service to a guest... its expected for you meal to be right.. you really begin to shine when something goes wrong. Long story short the employee who made my experience right, turned a one star review to a five.“

“This Arby's has turned around alot. I refused to go hear for a long time due to no one on the mic for the drive-thru and the food being horrible. But this time the food was hot and the manage that runs the day time crew has stepped up the quality of the service and it was an enjoyable experience versus a frustrating one.
