Such rude behavior given by the Staff, waited an HOUR just to order?, How ridiculous. Got the seafood platter and was given these small nubs for 8 bucks??? Didn't even give us sauce or anything.dtink machine didn't work rude workers waited over an hour crazy the staff sucks
I ordered on line. I drove 15 minutes to get there, went inside, stood in line another 15 minutes, only to be told they would START my order! I waited another 15 minutes, and they didn't have more than 5 customers during that time......SOooooo slow! Training is needed from Chic fila....

I torture myself each time I visit!! I love Popeyes chicken and it’s the only one close to my job. But this place is awful !! Worst customer service ever!! For the chicken to be already made it takes an hour every time I do this place!! They are very unorganized, rude, and short of help!! The staff argues among themselves and customers!! I thought after the fire they would have gotten better!! They need better management asap!!
