I torture myself each time I visit!! I love Popeyes chicken and it’s the only one close to my job. But this place is awful !! Worst customer service ever!! For the chicken to be already made it takes an hour every time I do this place!! They are very unorganized, rude, and short of help!! The staff argues among themselves and customers!! I thought after the fire they would have gotten better!! They need better management asap!!

The food was decent, although the fries were cooler than I would have preferred. I’ve always been a fan of the chicken and biscuits here, no disappoints to speak of.

I ordered on line. I drove 15 minutes to get there, went inside, stood in line another 15 minutes, only to be told they would START my order! I waited another 15 minutes, and they didn't have more than 5 customers during that time......SOooooo slow! Training is needed from Chic fila....

Popeyes has always been my favorite fried chicken food chain. And when you grow up eating it in the deep south, specifically Louisiana and mississippi, it just hits different. My experience with this location and other local popeyes, is that there is consistent disappointment. The service is very slow and there is something simply missing about the food quality. You can taste that they almost have the recipe, but it's usually cold overcooked, undercooked, or just off. What's really been a thorn in my side as of late, is that I had my last two orders by delivery, and they never follow the order notes. For both orders I requested and paid for certain sauces for the nuggets, wings, and / or chicken strips. They consistently do not send condiments or sauces, even when payed for in addition. It almost feels like there's some scam quality to this oversight. Sorry, but your food is not good enough to be eaten without the paired sauces.

the food is good but why is soooo slow?4 car on drive true and is already 15 min!Up date. This time i get in the store and im already 30 min in and they just took my order didnt get my food yet
Re-opened & still have the same issues!!Long wait in the drive thru, the inside was closed , I ordered online and still had to wait 46 mins in line . I couldn’t get my order inside even though I already paid online . They messed up my order twice , mash potatoes still had flakes . Mac & cheese watery , no other sides besides fries . Tea was disgusting !! Like omggg ish is ridiculous.Came back to complain about food , manager standing outside smoking a cig. We went inside , after hearing my complaint. He started to redo my order with no gloves and didn’t wash his hands .I asked for my money back and left .Y’all should have stayed closed !!!

I went there and it was busy there was people standing there it was getting loud they were running out of sides and people were like mad I got a chicken sandwich which was really good except a slopped it down with mayonnaise which I had to scrape
