This was my first TCBY experience, but wasn't the best. When I walked in the tables and floor were a mess. I figured well, they probably had a large group come in and didn't have time to clean. I was greeted by staff on their phone. I went over to the frozen yogurt to find one the of the machines not labeled and also dirty. I should've just headed out, but I decided to get a small cup of ice cream instead which was ok. If I find a different TCBY maybe I'd try it, but not this one.

my daughter's favorite spot for froyo. was my favorite too until they discontinued like a third of the toppings they used to offer. because of this and the hit and miss nature of the service and restaurant cleanliness i knocked off one star. but as long as they make my girl happy ill keep coming back

Walked in. No greeting... Ask for a cone and the lady behind the counter said "No, We're closing in 10 minutes"...lol ... So bad!

I just left with my boyfriend and his best friend. When we walked in nobody greeted us. The employee sat in the back the entire time we were there and we had to wait on her to come and ring us up. There were no flavors but 3 and they were really watery when they came out. The ceiling was open and was leaking into a tub in the middle of the floor. Overall very bad experience and do not plan to go back.

This is the nastiest worst yogurt place I have ever been too. Literally half the machines were out of order. The yogurt was melted. The entire bar was dirty with the condiments scattered everywhere and not cleaned. There was no one in there when we came in and the worker was sitting out in the customer area on her phone. Then charged us twice for one of the bowls.

Came at 8:30 on the dot and the lady watched me park in front and proceeded to come close the door. Sign and online says 11:00 p.m. throughout the week. Very disappointed and disrespectful employees. Wish I didn't have to put a star.

If you ever actually find a time they decided to work, the store always looks like a tornado ran through it. It's time for a new district manager because the stores in this city are embarrassing.

A personable, professional young man was on duty, greeting us and helping us get started, since we were newbies and out-of-towners. Loved the watermelon sorbet with bobas especially. Visited at 8 pm 10/21.
