Cricket has been our server most times and she is attentive, fun and a blast to see each time we come! We always bring new people with us so they get to experience our favorite place to dine! “This was our 2nd time at CFSC and it was good again.
We were the to thrilled it wasn't as busy as our last visit in the summer and we're able to get a seat at the bar with no problem .
The bartender was great and took good care of us.
We started with stuffed mushrooms, a special, unfortunately they weren't very special. They had a bit of crab in them but overall they were pretty blah.
Thankfully things picked up from there. I had another special, Grouper Piccata over linguine. The fish was cooked perfectly and the Piccata sauce was great. Definitely a keeper, try it if it's on the menu.
My date had the grilled shrimp platter. She loved it. Once again the shrimp was cooked perfectly with a bit of blackening seasoning that did not overpower the shrimp. The sides potatoes and beans were also cooked very well.
Despite the kind of blah start it was a great meal with excellent service.”

“Visited North Myrtle for vacation with the family. It had been a long day and my family and I were driving around in search for something to eat. It was late but we discovered Benny's and stopped in. They welcomed us with open arms even though they were due to close within the hour. It was the best last minute decision we ever made. The food and service were phenomenal!! (chefs kiss) Some of the best italian we've ever had. We will never visit Myrtle Beach again without stopping at Benny's. Highly recommend.”

“Recently hosted my daughter’s wedding at 21 Main Events and have to say that they knocked my incredibly high expectations out of the park. We had a tropical storm blow in the night before and the rain was non stop all day. Our catering manager Candice and Maitre’d Dylan pivoted the plan and managed to find a way for our 120 guests to enjoy the courtyard ceremony without anyone experiencing so much as a drop of rain. The Bridal Attendant Maia along with Dylan and Candice made sure our tablescapes were on point and ceremony space were breathtaking. Our guests were blown away with the food, the facility, the level of service offered by the bartenders and waitstaff, and more than a few guests told us they had never been to a wedding as nice as this or they simply said it was the best they had ever been to. Personally I have worked in the catering industry for 30+ years in NY, even as a Catering Manager for 10 of those years, so I have very high expectations and a critical eye, but there was not one thing that could have been a complaint. It was, in a word, Magical. I knew that walking in my job as my daughter’s wedding planner was actually over and I was able to enjoy the day as a guest. The staff took care of everything and more. I wholeheartedly recommend 21 Main Events if you are looking for a location for your special event. The food was amazing, service, incredible and the professionalism of everyone you will encounter there, on point. I will forever be grateful for everything that they did to make my daughter’s wedding so incredibly special.”

“For my birthday I wanted to do something intimate and new with my husband. I signed us up for the surf and turf workshop with Butter and Whisk not surely what to expect. I was blown away when we got there from shown where to put our belongings to making us feel welcome with the calm ambience and warm welcome! I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking process and how it was lead with easy to follow directions. I love small touches and I was so happy to see a glass with a personalized happy birthday and my name engraved on the a small tag and also received my dessert with a candle on it and a beautiful bow and another small personalized engraved tag. Lindsey makes you feel at home. I recommend it for everyone and can’t wait to go back again, This time with my girl friends :) !”

“We stopped here after our dolphin watching cruise because it was close by and we were starving! Oh my goodness! I’m so glad we stopped. I had the BEST crab cake I have ever had. That’s saying a lot because I’m from Delaware and grew up on seafood. I’m very picky about crab cakes and don’t usually order them. But the description said Maryland style crab cakes so I took a chance. Best choice ever! They were amazing! My husband had the clam strips that was the special of the day and they were also amazing. So many he couldn’t eat them all. We shared a bowl of seafood bisque that was also delicious. Our waitress even split it into 2 bowls for us when we told her we were going to share. Food was served quickly and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend stopping here!”

“Issues I experienced this past Saturday 09.06.21. I Made a 5:45 reservation for 2 online, when we arrived they couldn't find my name and there were no tables to seat us downstairs so we were told to go upstairs. Once there the hostess said she had no tables either. I said we were sent up because we were told you did up here, she radio'd someone and eventually she sat us against the right wall where the tables are very, very close together. It was a warm day and although there were fans we were still warm. All frozen bar and soft drinks with ice were melting. Ordered food that took over 30 minutes to arrive, to find that my entree of skewers with fries and pasta salad were under cooked. Burnt tips and outside areas but raw at the stick. I cut around and ate what I could as we were very hungry. Pasta salad had absolutely no flavor other than mayo. Large mound of IQF fries and 3 small cubes of beef on two cocktail toothpicks for $30?!?! There were no pictures to know what the meal looked like in advance. I added the ceaser salad for an additional $6 which was decent. For almost $40 my meal was very disappointing. Waiter checked in on us 1 time, where I showed him the meat and the cook that was supposed to be medium well. He asked what he could do to fix the issue and I said just get me new skewers and I'd keep eating the sides as again I was very hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. A few minutes before 8pm he placed the new skewers only on the table missing the chimichurri sauce. I knew I was not going to get to eat them as we saw a DJ setting up equipment really close to our table and realized that it was about to get loud, I asked for a box togo. Check comes and its got two of my meal rung up which I had to get fixed before I was going to pay. By that time the LOUD music and even LOUDER customers at the table next to us made it almost unbearable. My dinner companion and I are cancer patients and were celebrating some good news results, but definitely weren't able to enjoy the music and rowdiness that it became. I wish I knew in advance and we wouldn't have gone here or sat upstairs. I'm glad others enjoyed themselves, though it was way too much for us. This is why the remake of skewers were not eaten that night. Next day I heated up the leftovers and the skewers were exactly the same, bunt outside and pink/raw at the stick. That is what led me to send this email as I do not feel that the wait, service and food was up to par with my past visits. Total check for 2 with 1 bar drink each and 2 entrees was almost $100!! I do not feel we got the best value or experience this visit. I respectfully request someone reply to me to discuss compensation. ”

All of the servers are knowledgeable and conscientious and happy to work there with the exception of ONE woman who has had an attitude which is not how anyone else acts in this special place and she is like that each time I have been.

Been here over 5 years, and just discovered this little gem a few months ago. Their pizza is amazing! I mean, have you ever seen this much bacon on a pizza? Delish! Worth every penny. My son and husband had country fried steak with eggs and toast. The portions are generous and the food was homemade, just like grandma would make. The waitress was very nice and helpful, she repeatedly checked on us. I will definently be going back next time we go to Myrtle Beach!!”
