O M G!!!! I'm from out of town, and wanted boba and this place did NIT disappoint!! The staff was very patient and kind to us even if we were indecisive!! We ordered the Peach Tea with passion fruit popping pearls and Tai Milk Tea with extra boba, and both were delicious!! When we come back to visit, we will definite be coming back!! The place it self was absolutely adorable and feminine!! Barbie would definitely approve!!

My first time in a place like this that serves boba & I wasn't a huge fan of boba (texture thing) but I tried the purple taro drink without boba after sampling the boba and it is really good! It tastes just like fruity pebbles. With pregnancy cravings this place hits the spot. The woman at the counter was very nice & helped me out being my first time. Will def be back!

The food and boba were decent but the staff left something to be desired. They looked and acted absolutely miserable. They offered no help in understanding the menu and they got the orders wrong. We used it as a learning lesson for our kids on how not to behave if you work in a sales position.

I typically dont write reviews unless needed to be . Iv been to this location multiple times. When they first open , a couple months after & today.Each time iv had an issue with at least something. In the beginning i brushed it off knowing they were knew & needed to work out some kinks . but everytime i just get more disappointed. The last time before today when i went i was treated horribly by a young girl when i asked for Wintermelon MILK tea .Instead of writing a review i decided to talk to the owner , she was nice but very off putting, basically vented to me about issues & was sending my message i sent to her in their work groupchat asking what happen, which i hope didnt have my name because you just dont do that. Just kind of telling me things that were private that should be between a work place and not a customer . I have a couple issues with this establishment. 1. How there is a bunch of kids who are rude / dont greet you properly which i see in other reviews they experience the same thing as i did. 2. They dont sell what is advertised which iv asked about . the Thai chili chicken to be exact, if you look at the picture online it had a marinated boiled egg, instead you get a fried egg. When i asked about it the response was “ trying to appeal to the americans” In my head im like thats disrespectful because why serve asian food if you are going to tweak it to make it more american. i just dont get it . 3. Food is ehhh the new noodle salad bowl was terrible . I ordered pork and got chicken. chicken was dry and hard as a rock. 4, My milk tea is ALWAYS watered down. Typically boba shops shake the drink in the ice and pour it in a cup with no ice with a sealed lid.Iv given the shop so many chances as i had high hopes but i dont think the problems will change . I hope nothing but the best but its a no for me .Only good thing is its very cute in there . I really hope they make it more authentic.

I love trying new places, I have been here on multiple occasions and each time the service has gotten worse. When you do not greet your customers, act like they are invisible and treat them like they are an inconvenience it shows a reflection on the business. The food is great the service is not.

The Cha House is the place to go!! I go multiple times a week! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! And Heather the owner is the best!! My favorite drink is the Salted Caramel Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba! You have to try it along with their delicious food!! ?

First and Last time trying this place. My daughter ran in to get a Bobo tea and a coffee latte for me while I sat in the car with my granddaughter. I saw people who went in after my daughter come out way before my daughter. Finally, after 20 minutes, my daughter finally came out with our drinks. Apparently, the girl thought it was more important to wipe down tables and fill the straw dispenser than make our drinks. While I do appreciate a clean food/drink establishment, what are you cleaning if it was just my daughter in there waiting to get her drinks that she ordered 20 minutes prior. Everybody who came in after her, had already left the building. And, what do you know, my order was wrong. Got a tea milk rather than the latte that was ordered. Did I want to go back in to get the correct drink that was actually ordered and wait another 20 minutes. Don't think so. Asked my daughter if her Bobo tea was at least worth the wait...nope! This place really needs some training in customer service. Seems like many reviews have had the same issues.
