Service can be hit or miss. The newer people working there have the typical "hate my job" attitude whereas the original staff always have a smile and excited for you to be there. Prices are high but once you try a Bundt you'll totally understand why, delicious. Upset that they got rid of the bogo. Don't stop in as much since they stopped offering it.
Now listen, it's hard to buy a suitable cake for a baker that comes from a long line of bakers. This is the place! My wife is the best baker I've ever known and her mother and grandmother are both unbelievable. So much so that it has ruined me for Christmas cookies and such made by the little old ladies at work or church. Nothing compares to their baking. Very modest and humble people run and own this location. Was given the wrong flavor cake back in September 2023 and was told to contact them back to pickup another.. fast forward to now February 2024 I just remembered and contacted them to see what could be done and planned to be paying something for a cake but they honored the Free Replacement cake at no charge.
