I just spent over $15 for a burrito with raw rice. Crunchy crunchy crunchy. Is this gonna expand in my stomach?And I explode? If you don't have the proper time to properly cook food, don't put it out for people to eat. That's a lot of money to throw down a toilet and still be hungry because After two bites I couldn't eat it. Thanks. I'm not surprised at the low ratings.

Food was fresh and staff very courteous. The ingredients in the bowl I was served excellent. Best to take food home and eat as interior of restaurant was industrial like.

Do NOT eat here. I used to work there. They are super unsanitary and BARELY clean their dishes. They have roaches EVERYWHERE and they never sweep or mop anywhere. They’re always backed up and their service is super slow. Management is a joke other than one person there and half the staff has an attitude when you order anything. Upper level management is a joke as well. If you ever try to contact them they never get back to you. Their chicken is ALWAYS burnt and they’re ALWAYS out of everything. Do NOT eat here

the commercials show big pieces of chicken when in fact it is shredded and not nice at all.we will not go backthe steak my wife got she only found about 4 pieces of meat.it was terrible and disappointing

I just had the worse experience I have ever had in Chipotle. There had to be 10 people working and they were out of chicken, vegetables, and chips. Chips were for online only. Now online customers get preference over walk in customers.

Are you kidding me? Thought we would try this location for a quick bite to eat the evening 4/4/24. Walked in door around 6:30pm. In line about 6-8 deep. As we waited the staff yelled out they were out of burrito shells to the line. No one left. Then 15 minutes they yelled out again we are out of burrito shells and queso. A sign posted in line exact currency only or credit cards only no change available. As I waited I looked around dining room to see very unsanitary conditions of tables, floors, chairs and trash. Finally approached counter 7:05pm my wife ordered veggie bowl. As she ordered I noticed food spread over bin area.. Staff scooped rice and black beans- no fajitas available it would be 20-30 minutes for them but you could garnish the beans and rice with cheese and sour cream. The fajitas were only an added garnish. Asking the staff how that was considered a veggie bowl? 35 minutes waiting in line. At 7:09pm we were back in our car with no meal, not about to pay top dollar for nothing we were coming in for. Reading through the reviews here I won't be back, as a local resident too.Corporate needs to step in on this location, it's a poorly run operation. 3 people in prep station on right side of register playing around on phones when they could have been out cleaning up dining area. Seems some workers are over taxed while others are allowed to stand around. I question at that time of night with a closing time @10pm and they are out of food items? What is going on behind the scenes with exact money or credit cards only since they can't give change back at all.Don't bother responding to me with corporate gibberish that you would like to speak to me.. I'm done. Do better!!

This place is dirty and disgusting. You can tell it is not well kept. The ice machine was overflowing with an ice mountain and spilling all over the floor. They couldn’t even sell me chips and guacamole. They had one bag of chips left and refused to sell it to me. Disappointed to say the least. Terribly run. I was in at 3:47pm. You’d think they’d have time to clean up the place and prep for food the customers want since I wasn’t even in during a busy time.

It was awful. I didn’t have my phone to take pictures, but the trash was full and falling on the floor. Their food prepping area was disgusting, like, they hadn’t cleaned in the whole day. Food on top of food and even the glass was awfully dirty. THEY HAD NO GUACAMOLE!!! I only stayed because my daughter really wanted Chipotle. There were no utensils, straws and there weren’t even napkins. Never again will I go to Chipotle at North Myrtle beach.

The service station was a disaster like it hasn’t been clean in hours. All trash cans full with the trash falling off. Tables dirty and floors nasty. The line is not more than 6 or 7 people.

This location continues to get worse and worse.Attitudes among staff that is in such a rush to get through your order that they do not give proper portions or have any attention to detail.Upon ordering our bowl, a half spoon of rice, beans and protein were thrown into the bowl. When we questioned the portion amount, the blonde associate at the counter assured us that a half spoon is 4 oz. At this time, us questioning her portions was enough to get a look of disgust from her.This prompted us to walk out. We were in this location on 3/25/24 between 2:10-2:20.Lack of professionalism, training and attention to detail will surely be this franchisees downfall.Do better.
