As with a lot of restaurants these days they seem to be understaffed. When we entered it was unclear whether they had table service. I asked one employee and she said yes. So, we sat there for a short while until we realized what she meant by table service was that you had to order at the counter and then they give you a number card and deliver the food to the table when it is prepared. I had a baby shower for my daughter and was stressing I went into McAllister and the manager Kristine sat down with me explained al catering and even helped me order on line. Food was ready on time on day of pick up Food was delicious I definitely recommend this place Thank you so much

I had a lovely lunch today around 12 the staff was very sweet and lovely two young girls both very charming and respectful hard to get that nowadays accommodated to my husband and I very well we highly enjoyed the butter pecan cheesecake very kind people the girls refilled my drink and even took my dishes for me thank you to the staff keep up the good work
