If the name of your Restaurant involves bread, that should be the best thing you eat. Our bread was kinda on the hard side.

This is the worst Panera. They can never get an order right. I need to stop trying. Today I ordered 1/2 chicken avocado sandwich and 1/2 green goddess salad. Both items include avocado. No avocado on either one once I got home. Called and was told I ordered before their shipment of avocado came in. Do you think maybe you should tell people that and offer a discount or something? Or don’t make the order until they come in to see if they still want that item? Avocados are what makes these items so expensive. This isn’t the first time avocado has been missing from an item I’ve ordered. Seems to me this is their way of saving money instead.

I got an orange scone, chocolate croissant, and vanilla cinnamon roll for us to go. The cashier was courteous, timely and patient. I've had many things for dine in and take out; and the food and service is always good here.

Usually always good. Some times they run out of stuff but that is common at a restaurant. But we try to eat here regularly.

The sweet ice tea is AMAZING! Bathrooms and Lobby were CLEAN! The ♥️staff... except one (lady) are ALL GREAT!Just wish the outside patio area was bigger so the seating wouldn't be on top of each other.

Absolutely LOVE this location. The locals are treated amazingly; first name remembered & usual order. The employees don't mind explaining the menu to customers if needed. It is very clean & spacious inside so you don't feel like you're right on top of someone. I usually come in to do school work & online work for my business - and have no issues at all. I notice a lot of other people coming in to get on their computers or read while drinking their coffee too.Parking: Plenty of parking around front & on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it's pretty wheelchair accessible.

A little pricey . Bread was so hard on sandwiches that you could nit eat them. Black forest ham sandwich with cheese only way over priced at $12.99.Steak and cheese no good they need to have more then just cheese on sandwiches. Bread with soup not wrapped just tossed in bag and you could have used it for paving blocks.Parking: A lot of spaces no one eating there should have noticed thatWheelchair accessibility: Good

Someone logged into my Panera account and order more than $200 worth of food. This location would not help me get a refund for the fraudulent order. I do not even live in South Carolina and that large amount of money is suspicious. If someone orders that much food, they should probably have them show some identification to ensure that it is not fraud. Very unhelpful.

So met up with friends tonight at panera North Myrtle Beach. I Have eaten many times at the ones in Sarasota, and also Oklahoma City. This time very disappointed at Noth Myrtle location.First the gentleman took my order was friendly. He asked if I would like a 50% off one of the pastries with my dinner. I said yes and picked one out. He then said oh I can't find the 50% discount button so you can't have it. Considering they didn't look good they've been sitting there out since early this morning, And probably gonna get thrown away shortly he could have just done it. Second I ordered coffee as my beverage got the cup filled it up with coffee couldn't find Cream anywhere. Asked him where the cream was he said oh it didn't come in in the truck we don't have any milk products your only choice is Is almond milk. He should have told me ahead a time I wouldn't have gotten the coffee. I ordered the Margarita pizza which looks nothing like a Margarita pizza it should have had Mozzarella cheese and basil.. Which was not on. It was a cheapTasting pizza that you would have picked up in a Circle K.. It's very disappointing... Sad panera used to be one of my favorite places will not come again or bring Guest for dinner.

I went to Panera Bread in North Myrtle Beach. Checked in on their computer. No place to stand and wait for food so I sat down at a counter. Moments later, I get a text stating my food is ready. Go to a counter for food. A girl looks up at me and says we are still working on it. Fine I stand at the counter and watch. Soon the food arrives. I leave. Get home. Half the order, two salads, is missing. I drive back. Get my salads. I ask about some sort of compensation. The guy looks up at me, disturbed I'm bothering him. He says hold on. I go to the front counter and wait. Nothing. I say forget about it and leave. Get home my sandwich is cold. But worse, the computer said an ingrediant is missing, do you still want the sandwich. I said yes, thinking the missing ingredient could not be that important. Well it was a pepperoni sandwich and the pepperoni was missing! Just a bunch of cold cheese. Disgusting. A human might have explained that to me, but a computer didn't. Humans trained to make a business work remain necessary. Troglodytes who simply fill orders are not appreciated.Double check your orders at this place. Their system sucks.I threw the sandwich away.
