“Segrue’s hosted my job’s employee Christmas party! It was my second time coming to Segrue’s. The staff made the party such a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was a packed house, and the service was always incredibly fast. The bartenders are some of the nicest people ever and had so much care and hospitality in their hearts. They regularly came and checked on us, no matter how busy it was. And the food was amazing! I can’t wait to come back and eat those Philly egg rolls again.There’s pool, darts, a lovely outside area, and truly something for everyone here. It’s definitely a gem inside North Myrtle that everyone needs to know about. We will be back again very soon! Thank y’all for making the whole experience a great night for everyone!“
“My 'rents (now mid-70's) have been doing the Carolina S*** for near 30 years. While I had experienced places like Fat Harold's with them, my husband and teen son had not (though have heard about it for years). Finally had the chance to take my hubs and kid to see my father dance (mom passed a couple years ago). Not sure what they were expecting, but they were pretty shocked at the abundant crowd and great energy Fat Harold's puts out! If you're the jealous type, either leave it at the door or don't come. You and/or your date are likely to be asked to dance. Not because you're oh so sexy, but because . . . WHY NOT? If you're between 25 and 110 years old, go in with a smile and fun attitude, you'll enjoy yourself here! At the front of FH's is a diner-type place with 4 or 5 booths where you can get a pretty good burger, fries, coke, and look around at all the near-museum history pieces. Follow that up by going into the next area and ordering an adult beverage or two. Have a seat (you might have to wait a few min and be speedy, but you'll get one) and just watch. Seeing all these folks 50+ having a good time and smiling is just good for the soul. Strike up a conversation with the person next to you. "How long you been shaggin'? Where did you learn?" It sounds silly to you, but you're likely to get an earful and be asked if you'd like to learn. (Your answer should be "SURE!") But if not, go on into the back room where the dance floor and bar are less crowded, and the dancers are less experienced. Repeat steps for prior room. You'll leave North Myrtle Beach being able to do "basic" and able tell all your friends back home "I learned how to s***** (at least vertically).“

“Stopped in here during Atlantic Beach Bike Week last year to get in out of the pouring rain. I have ridden by here hundreds of times and never stopped in. I wish I had come in before ,atmosphere was great. We came in at night and they had a DJ playing and dance floor. I will be stopping in every year now.“

Fish sandwich also looked very good. Service was slow. Nothing special about the atmosphere, standard bar. Was busy early, emptying out around 7pm off season.“
