This store is troubled. I like Burger King well enough, being as I prefer a char broiled burger to flat grill fried, but they need to figure their stuff out. In the past six months, they've had a busted ice machine, no soda, unexpected closures, and tonight they totally botched my order. My food is usually cold, my soda tastes like its mixed wrong... But I stop by and order a Whopper every so often.At about 8:30pm tonight, I ordered a Double Whopper and got a fish sandwich. It might have been a spicy chicken; but if that was chicken, they need to throw it all out. I'd have asked them to fix it, but I was tired, didn't check the bag, and didn't realize it until I got home. I threw the sandwich away and sent BK a DM on X; let's see if corporate will help me out. Maybe corporate will help that store out while they're at it because HOLY HECK.I know stuff happens in restaurants, but I honestly believe the only reason they're still in business here is because the line at Zaxby's and Jersey Mike's gets too long.

The little girl at the window on Friday, Feb 2 around 3:30 pm needs to be terminated! What an attitude she had. Didn’t say hello, didn’t say thank you, didn’t say goodbye. Basically threw the food at me and slammed the window shut. If you are that miserable and don’t want to work, then please stay out of customer service. She is making a bad name for that Burger King.

We did an order online through their app, so we used our rewards for some onion rings, and they asked what is our order we gave them the information and they couldn't find it we asked for ketchup with our French fries the person said no ketchup we said ok thank you, so he said go to second window. Then we got to the window, and we waited 5 minutes to not get what we ordered. we lost our rewards and didn't get what we wanted ? yea we are very disappointed. Onion rings are missing, and 2 drinks are also missing, so we paid money for food that we did not receive ?

There was only 2 people working there and they weren't the fastest. I can't really blame them for only having two of them but whoever the manager is needs to be fired.

Walked in and the guy at the counter looked at me with such disdain, I wondered if I was allowed to order. No greeting, no smile, no customer service at all. The dining room looked alright, very empty and considering his attitude and demeanor, I can see why. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.Never asked what size I wanted, never asked what sauce I wanted, didn't make eye contact with me at all. But as soon as his friend walked in, he was all smiles and loudly cursing and chatting up a storm with her. Remarkable.No napkins, soda machine and the area around it was filthy and sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting and gross. Tissue paper strewn about, individual stalls smell like urine and weed, the trash cans in these individual stalls were rusted and overflowing.Overall, if I wasn't hungry because I had an hour drive home, I'd have gone to Parker's where the service would've been far better. I will never go here again no matter how hungry I am. Ridiculous.

Just left here on 11/13 at 2:15pm. Chick in drive thru with a burgundy shirt and a ponytail needs an attitude check. No greeting, no smile, opened the window, gave me my total, handed her cash and then proceeded to say into the mic, it’s exact change or a card because I don’t have any change. Then looks at me and says “I don’t have no change” and gives me two dollars back. First off, when taking someone’s order, you make them aware of that. Not at the window. Secondly, it would’ve been cool had her attitude not been disgusting. Not to mention, I sat at the speaker for over five mins waiting. No apology for the wait of any sort. There are millions of jobs hiring! Find a job that YOU like and be the best you can be at it. Because obviously CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FOR YOU!!!!! Don’t go around making other people’s day bad just because yours is sucking.

The food could be better if they cooked the burgers at a later time. No one wants cold burgers. When I worked at BK 25 years ago there used to be burger warmers that they used to make the burgers a bit hotter.
