We did an order online through their app, so we used our rewards for some onion rings, and they asked what is our order we gave them the information and they couldn't find it we asked for ketchup with our French fries the person said no ketchup we said ok thank you, so he said go to second window. Then we got to the window, and we waited 5 minutes to not get what we ordered. we lost our rewards and didn't get what we wanted ? yea we are very disappointed. The food could be better if they cooked the burgers at a later time. No one wants cold burgers. When I worked at BK 25 years ago there used to be burger warmers that they used to make the burgers a bit hotter.

Gave it two stars, not because the food is terrible, but because they almost have no workers and when they do they mess up your order, so you end up getting something you didn’t pay for. Food is still good no matter what though. Do not recommend going right now if you value your time and money, as they take a while to get your food and don’t give you the right order.
