Awful. Took an hour and a half and still didn't have our food. We ordered straight off the menu. Nothing special ordered. It was all fried products, so just drop it in the grease for 7 min max. No idea why it took so long. No explanation from management. Corporate never responded to email. And they had no AC it was 95° they had the door propped open

We sat at the bar, and the server was nice. Our appetizer, the loaded fries, came out quick, but they seemed a bit burned. We were hungry, so we ate them anyway. It took a long time to get our food and it was 'meh.' The potatoes were not seasoned, and the Mac and Cheese was a joke. My salmon and green beans were good though. My boyfriend's porkchop was dry. He wanted a steak, but they didn't have any.Our server would disappear, and I would have to ask other servers to ask her to come see about us. She was nice though.Plus, the place is dingy looking and hot, but it was hot outside, so maybe that played a role in the inside temperature.I loved Fatz and hope they get it together because it has potential.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Currently sitting in here pregnant with a 6 year old and husband. Waited over a hr to finally get a appetizer. Didn't get all of our food and wasn't cooked to right temp. Worst service I've ever had here waitress is new every question I had like for lemon wedges steak wasn't cooked to right. Took 35 minutes to just get rolls.

Place was pretty meh, got their chicken n dumplings. Tasted like a microwaved Marie calendar chicken pot pie. Cheese fries tasted like concession stand nacho cheese lol. It's alright in a quick pinch, but I don't think its worth the price.

We tried to go here to eat on our way back to our home state. They were very rude, they called our name, saw that I was in a wheelchair, and suddenly seating us became an issue. I have never had that happen before. I absolutely do not recommend eating here. We left and will go elsawhere.

Worst service I have ever had. The place was pretty much dead and our server still had to be called over for drink refills etc. Took 10 mins to even get our drinks ordered in. Had to ask for the rolls and butter. After having to ask for a refill, she took the cup and forgot to return with it. Just so bad.

There were 4 in our party. Let's begin with the atmosphere, lots of tables were dirty. No one stopped to clean them but had plenty of time to be on their cell phones.Secondly, my server looked dirty, pants sagging and slow. He could only bring one item at a time. We had to ask for several items over and over.Third, the food and whoever cooked it needed to go home. The meatloaf looked like a man's fist. All vegetables were old and cold, including mashed potatoes and fries. Steak was burnt, and the other steak was overcooked. We had to wait on bread, and they had no honeybutter.The only thing that came out right was our drinks and appetizers. We asked for the manager who replied okay I'll make adjustments. No apologies, he did say the fries wouldn't get any better.

It has been years since eating at Fatz and remembered it was good. When we walked in, there was a fan blowing on the greeter because the A/C is barely working. It was extremely hot in the dining room. I was ready to leave but everyone else said let’s just tough it out. The carpet is old and a lot of the interior looks really worn out. Time for a remodel. Also tried to order the pulled pork sandwich and was told we haven’t had that in a long time. Maybe they should take it off the menu and not include it in the choice of what we would recommend in this review. Food we ordered was good but couldn’t get past the sweat box of a dining room. I will not return.

Food was absolutely horrible. Their Dang Good Fries was not cooked and had greese dripping from them. Pork sandwich was dripping in sauce. You could not taste anything but sauce. My friend's Chicken Pot Pie was a joke. Canned would have been better. As for service, the young lady waiting on us was bored out of her mind and let it show. We asked for ranch for the fries and she walked off and never returned. The manager comped our meal without an apology and told us we were "free to leave". Won't be back and that was my favorite place to eat on the way to Columbia.
Well the food was good and our waitress was awesome but they were out of everything. We had to keep ordering, bc what we ordered they didn't have. When we finally got our food it was good and the waitress was wonderful!

Our server was very nice. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to keep the toddlers happy. When it was time to order our food, we struck out four times because the kitchen was out of just about everything. I settled for the calabash shrimp basket. The shrimp were the size of corn kernels. It was not good.

My husband and I ate here 7/23/23 between 1:00-2:30pm. When we got there my husband and I were greeted by host Rhine. He welcomed us both into the restaurant with a smile. Once he took us to the table my husband could not sit in the booth for his size. Rhine immediately went to speak to his manager Ashley for us to sit comfortably. It was in an area that is normally closed. Our server Belynda greeted us very nice and took very great care of us from ordering our food until leaving to get back on road to head home. Before leaving I asked to speak to manager Ashley who was very welcoming and told her how great we were treated by host Rhine and server Belynda. Everyone was very nice and said have safe travels home bring concerned about us. I would recommend anyone to stop and eat here. Great atmosphere along with the good bread with butter and service. It's been three years since I've eaten here. My last experience was horrible and to my surprise things haven't changed. Made an online order and was told that it would be ready at a certain time. I intentionally came 15 minutes later (to give them more time) and of course, my food wasn't ready. The server told me they didn't have what I ordered. All of this could've been avoided with a simple phone call from them as my number was provided with my order. This is the last time ever patronized this establishment.

We arrived at 815 party of 2 was seated by the bar. Bartender took our mountain dew order then gave us time to look at the menu, a different server came to take our order she apologized that our server/ bartender had a few drink orders so she was helping her,and said she would return with bread. Next thing I know its 9clock, our original server/bartender and our replacement/ helper server has walked past us multiple times never acknowledged us again when I finally grabbed the attention of the replacement/ server I asked if we could could still get bread she huffed about it said ok like she didn't leave 30 minutes ago saying she would bring bread when she brought the basket she let me know there was no honey butter or any butter with a nasty tone. I said fine we would like to cancel our order then the replacement /helper says I aint even your server and walks away the original server/bartender says to the helper we were waiting on the steak then proceeds to turn around and say nothing they didn't even bring us the tab for the mountain dews... pathetic service ,place wasn't even busy didnt even get a refill offer was totally ignored..dont plan to visit again.
