Today I had a similar experience as Erin Bachelder who posted a review a month ago. I love Jersey Mike’s subs and purchase them often. The staff is always great so in turn, I always tip 20%. I was in this location this morning February 1st between 11:00 and 11:30am. When I started to place my order, I made the mistake of saying I would like a large number 8 instead of saying “Giant” and the very sarcastic guy with the bad attitude that took my order, says to me sarcastically “There is a large board on the wall behind me with the correct names of the sizes and the types of bread, so which one do you want?” I corrected myself and said I wanted a Giant number 8 and before I could tell him what bread I wanted, he says “Again! There is a large board”. I cut him off at that point and told him what bread I wanted. I have never had this experience at any Jersey Mike’s before. There was only him and a young woman working and I was the only customer there during this incident. I might have been a little understanding if it was busy. The young woman was wonderful, so I feel bad that for the first time ever, I did not leave a tip because I knew he would get half. So unfortunately she lost out on a tip because of him. I don’t know his name because he didn’t have a name tag on, but if you check the schedule for today, you should be able to know who I’m talking about. Since I’ve had a similar experience as Erin Bachelder, I have to assume it’s the same guy. I will not be coming to this location again unless he is terminated.

I know it's my year of experience working in the restaurant industry that has me judged places so harshly, but....The trash can in the ladies' room was overflowing, and there were "bodily fluids" coming out of it.The lobby needed to be cleaned. Mostly, the tables wiped down, and the floors swept and moped.The next big issue was the ice machine. There was visible mold all in it and behind it. That happens because it is not taken apart and cleaned.No one in our group used it or the soda fountain. If they are not cleaning one, how do I know if they are cleaning the other?

I love Jersey Mikes and frequent them often but this location is lacking in everything, from customer service to cleanliness. When waiting in line an employee was taking a phone order and he told the customer multiple times to hurry up because with her order because he had people coming in, and she needed to have it ready to go before calling. It sounded like she was placing a catering order for a business and so of course it would take a little longer than a regular order. At one point he got short with her and told her "why don't you just come in to order?'... why would she want to do that for a catering order?!... By the time we ordered, the same man pointed to the board and said "follow the board now what do you want?" The first person in the group had already ordered while he was on the phone, and when we told him that he said "well you didn't tell ME so do it again". Who in their right mind thinks this is appropriate customer service? I'm not expecting fine diving service, but simply speeking without absolute rudeness and impatience is just the minimal of customer service expectations. This employee needs to learn there will be times you'll be overwelmed and stressed at work, but you don't take it out on your paying customers, who I might add were all very tolerant of his bahavior and not rude to him.

I ordered a #8 and asked to have it heated and was told they couldn’t heat it because it would be “cross contamination”. I’ve never heard of that before, so I’m upset about my cold sandwich ☹️

Stopped for a quick bite at 12:02 right at peak lunch time. It was naturally busy with a line of 8 folks in front of us but the staff worked through the orders quickly and with a smile. It was apparent the staff worked well together and actually liked their work, they were pleasant and efficient. I ordered a #9 on wheat and it was very good - ingredients always fresh at Jersey Mike's. My wife ordered her sandwhich "in a tub" which makes for a nice salad option without the bread or the carbs. The restrooms were clean as was the dining area. Good amount of seating and parking. Easy on and back on Hwy 17. Definitely recommend.

Probably the best Jersey Mike's that I've ever been to. All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Absolutely the cleanest JM that I have ever seen. My order was completed to perfection with no problems. If you're needing a quick bite don't hesitate to stop in , you won't regret it. This place is ran with perfection in mind and they definitely deliver!!

I ordered online and noticed that the sandwich I ordered online was not the one I picked up. I checked my receipt and noticed that there must have been a mix-up as what I ordered was not in my bag. I called them, and within 10 minutes, they corrected my order with a fresh delicious #9! I'd like to personally thank all of the hardworking staff at this location. And applaud the owner/manager for putting together such an amazing crew!

Was not acknowledged when we entered and the guy who was taking our order had been wiping down the counters and did not change his gloves before grabbing our bread. We left without completing our order. That is absolutely disgusting.

The Manager working was completely rude. He was rude to the employees and costumers. I needed a kids meal and he was rude and said, " next time tell me when you're ordering." I was ordering at the time. He was just in a rush. Your customers should leave happy not upset where they do NOT want to come back. As a manager it was so disappointing to hear him talk the way he did. We will not be returning to this location. If you don't like your job then quit. Find something that makes you happy and want to be at work.

Great location. Nice interior. Poor attitudes and utter lack of concern from Mgt/owner. I had a poor experience here three weeks ago. I spoke with the Manager about it the next day on the phone. She was the same person who was nasty the day before. She was the same person who messed up my order. (My sub was covered with onion and mushroom when specifically told them not to!) She asked my name, address ect...so that a check could be mailed to me. No check has arrived three weeks later. Love the subs when they are made correctly. Love the brand when people give a darn about the customer.

awesome service while visiting this Jersey Mike's. Hands down. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with skille smiles by Nikki, Angel and Alana. With a smile, I was asked what was I having today. I asked for cheese with my sandwich and was told there would be a uncharge. Then asked, was I ok with that? Then she proceeded to make my sandwich. My entire interaction with the team was awesome. You have assets at this store!Shaun completed my transaction, thanked me and welcomed me to come back. It was a must to complete a survey for this store. SC don't owe us anything! Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you Jersey Mikes!
