I ordered this am online. My order was processed, my bank charged. I got to the restaurant and it was closed, had signs on door & drive through winder “TEMPORARILY CLOSED!!!” I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I called the posted # with no answer and bo way to leave a message!

Please keep driving this place is beyond wrecked. This place is ran by teenagers with no sense of urgency, and don’t understand cleanliness. I will be contacting the owners if I can. Nasty and disgusting. Please look at every picture.

Since my expectations are generally low for fast food restaurants, I normally am not too critical of experiences at them. However, I had a particularly bad one here.I ordered ahead through the app one chicken sandwich, parked in a curbside pickup spot, and completed my order by confirming "I Am Here" (as this can only be done on site, which makes no sense).The app gave me an order confirmation timestamped 2:13PM. I tried going through the drive-thru to save the employees from having to take the food out to my car, but no one responded to my prompts there.And so, I parked in the designated spot and waited about ten minutes before heading inside the restaurant to check on my order, which had not arrived. The lobby door on the drive-thru side of the restaurant was locked and had to be opened by another customer who happened to see me.After a much longer wait due to two other customers also waiting on their food, an associate asked me which order I was waiting on. When I replied, he indicated that he had no record of my order and asked what I ordered. I told him one chicken sandwich, and then he went into the kitchen to prepare it.The young man did not put on plastic gloves to prepare my entree. Also, the restaurant was clearly understaffed, as I only saw one other employee. It was 3:09PM when I finally received my sandwich.I asked for my receipt, and I was told by the same employee that he could not find mine. Without any prompting, he placed an order of fries into the bag with my sandwich. Perhaps this was an acknowledgement of the long wait, but I do not know. While his effort at reconciliation was noted, the fries were so heavily salted that I could not eat them.I also spoke with another customer who arrived in the lobby after me (after I had to open the locked door for him), got frustrated at the wait, then turned around and left without ordering. As I was leaving, another gentleman who had a similar experience in the drive-thru asked me if food was being served and likewise drove off.If you are the manager of this Bojangles and are reading this review, I would highly suggest implementing some serious changes. Frustrating at least three customers in the span of ten minutes is not a good business model.Kid-friendliness: On par with other BojanglesParking: Ample parking

No one comes to the drive thru, by the speaker or window. This has happened more than once. When someone does finally come to the window, you feel as if you in inconvenienced the employees. I just drove off like the other cars in front of me did. They never have anything ready or available. I hope whoever is over this location is reading all these negative reviews because this location is a bust.

The corporate office just needs to close the doors on this location permanently. There is zero knowledge of customer service by any employee and poor attitudes along with unfriendliness seem to be a prerequisite for being hired. Today was not the first time I drove away empty handed from this location in order to take my business elsewhere.

If I could leave a zero, I would. EVERYTIME I come here, there’s an issue. They either never answer the speaker, or they’re “out” of what I’m trying to order. I would not be surprised if this place shuts down in the next few months, there’s no way this place is making money. The workers are absolutely LAZY!

I WAITED ! More than 5 minutes at the drive thru for someone to take my order. No one came ! I waited patiently still no one came. Idk if there was low staff but still you need to be considerate and take other orders and try to multitask.

Just ordered chicken at Bojangles CHICKEN and they had no chicken ready after I pulled up to the window. REALLY?! said it would be a 15 minute wait. No thanks I'll drive .2 miles down the road and get chicken at KFC.

It really isn't difficult to cook Bo Rounds. You just drop them in the deep fryer and when the alarm sounds to let you know that they've cooked the proper amount of time, you take them out of the oil. The ones I just got from your drive-thru are currently in my oven cooking the rest of the way. Serving half-cooked food is inexcusable, dangerous, and could lead to litigation against you. I'm not even going to get into how awful the service at this location is. If there is a more poorly managed Bojangles in existence, I'd be shocked. Don't eat here!

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst bojangles ever. This location is right off the highway very busy location. The food is never never fresh . We just place an order for the office staff very slow traffic and they overcharged us for our food and nothing was fresh. Just close this location down because most of the time they are not even open for business. I'm not sure who owns this location but please do better. I got a supreme combo that comes with a side and they charged us for extra beans.

I waited in a drive through line with 5 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. Got to the window with exact change, but was told they were only taking cards. I asked for a receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper. I asked for the store number and was told that he didn’t know it and I’d have to ask his manager. I won’t be back. If you don’t want my ?, I don’t want your food.

super unorganized. it's 10am on a Sunday. No coffee already. we order a steak egg and cheese biscuit. get up there to the window and they say you had a sausage egg and cheese right? no.... we tell them. they left a drink out. then we tell them we're missing that pepsi. they give us a tea. ugh then we get our biscuit and it has no cheese. my goodness!!! get it together! bojangles- pay these ppl more money and get ppl who actually have sense and want to work! come on now!

Routinely takes 30+ minutes to receive food. Customer service is terrible. Order is always incorrect and the food stale or half cooked. I normally drive the extra time it takes for the one in Anderson. Hands down the worst Bojangles I’ve ever experienced.**edit**My wife went today and I accompanied her. Sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Couldn’t even go inside to ask about our food because they had the doors locked. At the fifteen minute mark the employee came outside to ask us what we ordered. We just took the loss on what we paid and left. Never, never come here.

Pitiful...sit in line through the drive through for 26 minutes. Order Supreme meal with Mac and cheese and dirty rice, get told it'll be a 10 minute wait on that. Was asked what sauce I say BBQ and sure enough, no sauce in the box and have to walk in anyway. First time I've been here in over a year due to poor service and old food and still no change. Got to be the worst bojangles in the upstate

They deserve a zero. This chicken fast food restaurant is always out of chicken no matter what time of day it is. So frustrating! But, We took a chance and went there tonight. We went through the drive thru. (the inside was closed) Took forever getting someone to take our order even though there was only one other customer in line and none in the restaurant. Got to the window and it looked like there was no one there. Waited long enough for someone to come to the window that we noticed how filthy the drive thru window was. There was a 35 min wait to get our order because of course they were out of chicken.Got home and the chicken was over-cooked and the sides we got tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Just an overall bad experience. ?
