Make sure you go to the drive thru, sat in the waiting room for 10 mins while I watched car after car after car after car leave (when I came in only one car in the drive thru) I watched while the lady that should of been taking orders just pack the orders for the drive thru. So I guess I’m skipping food this morning, and I know next time to come thru the drive thru, even if I have a huge trailer.
We brought our family (with two young t children) and it was busy, but Monica seemed to be completely on top of it. We had a big order, and she made sure everything was made correctly, and that everything got to us. During all of this, a customer had a conflict with their order, and Monica took lead and resolved it.
